FAQ: Midasbuy x PUBG Mobile Cashback Campaign

1. What is this promotion?

Purchase PUBG 600 UC or above from the Midasbuy website and pay via CelcomDigi to enjoy 10% cashback. Terms and conditions apply.

2. When is the campaign period?

The offer is valid from 12 May to 12 July 2026.

3. Who is eligible to enjoy this offer?

All CelcomDigi subscribers residing in Malaysia are eligible to participate in this campaign, except the following:

• Postpaid subscribers with overdue bills or those who have exceeded their transaction limits. 
• Prepaid subscribers with insufficient prepaid credits or those who have exceeded their transaction limits.
• Non-PUBG Mobile Player (without player ID) and Midasbuy users.

4. Is this promotion applicable across all platforms?

This Promotion is only applicable to participants who purchase PUBG Mobile game credits (UC) via Midasbuy and make payment using CelcomDigi direct operator billing.

5. Are there any caps or limitations to this campaign?

• This promotion is only applicable to the purchase of PUBG Mobile 600 UC, 1500 UC, 3000 UC and 6000 UC purchased via direct top up on Midasbuy website. 
• It is not applicable to other PUBG Mobile package deals, vouchers, or any items other than game credits.
• Only transactions or purchases made on Midasbuy website with payment via CelcomDigi will be accepted.

6. How will I be notified if I receive the cashback?

Participants who meet all campaign criteria will receive an SMS notification for cashback within 2 hours. If you don’t receive the SMS, it means either the campaign requirements were not fulfilled or the cashback quota has been fully redeemed.

7. Once I receive the cashback SMS, how will I get the cashback?

• For prepaid users, the cashback will be credited as prepaid credit upon successful payment. It can be used for Digi’s service subscriptions and/or direct operator billing purchases. The validity period of the cashback will follow the validity of the eligible participant’s prepaid account.
• For postpaid users, the cashback will be offset in the next billing cycle.

8. Is the cashback transferable or exchangeable for cash?

The cashback is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
