FAQ: Easy360

1. What is Easy360?

Easy360 is a device instalment/ ownership program that provides customer with better deals on the latest flagship phones. Depending on eligibility, subscribers can enjoy:

  • Widest range of 5G devices 
  • Easiest Instalment plan with options of 24-month or 36-month contract with zero interest rate
  • Zero upfront payment (subject to customer eligibility)

 

2. Do I need to pay device upfront payment upon signing up to Easy360?

Yes, a device upfront payment is required when you sign up for Easy360. However, subject to eligibility, you may enjoy a 0 upfront payment option.


The upfront payment amount varies depending on the device selected. Any upfront payment collected will be refunded to you over the duration of your device contract through monthly bill credits. For example, for a device with an upfront payment of RM2,400 on a 24-month contract RM100 will be credited to your bill each month.

 

3. Can I use my debit card for Easy360 auto billing subscription?
You are only allowed to use a credit card for auto-billing subscription for Easy360 device. 

 

4. Where can I sign up for Easy360?

You can sign up at any of our CelcomDigi Stores.

 

5. I would like to terminate my Easy360, what should I do?

Kindly note that early termination within the contract period will incur early termination fees. Please visit your nearest CelcomDigi Store, where our staff will assist you with the termination process. 

 

6. I am a non-Malaysian, can I sign up for Easy360?

Easy360 is currently only open to Malaysian citizens, with NRIC and 18 years and above.

 

7. How many devices can I sign up with Easy360?

Each customer with a valid original NRIC is eligible to sign up for up to maximum two (2) registration for Easy360 device.

 

8. I am currently on a Celcom MEGA EasyPhone / Digi PhoneFreedom 365 contract; can I change my plan to the new CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 140 2026?

If you are moving from a plan with lower monthly commitment to a plan with a higher monthly commitment, your contract will be carried forward and no early termination fees will be charged.

 

However, if you are moving from a plan with a higher monthly commitment fee to a lower commitment fee, you will incur the early termination fees as stated in your contract.

 

Example, if you are on a contract with Digi Postpaid 120 or Celcom Mega 128 and you change your plan to CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 140 2026, you will continue your contract on the new plan. If you change plan to CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 100 2026, you will incur the early termination charge in your contract.

 

9. I am currently on a Pakej MegaJimat contract; can I change my contract to the new Easy360 once I have changed my plan to CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 120 2026?

You are required to terminate your current Pakej MegaJimat contract before subscribing to the new Easy360 device contract. Please note that you will incur the early termination fees specified in your contract.

 

10. In what circumstances will CelcomDigi block my device/IMEI?

CelcomDigi reserves the right to block the device in the circumstances below:

  1. Device reported as lost and stolen  
  2. Suspected of fraud or found to have committed fraud 
  3. Overdue payments  

 

11. What if I decide to port out from CelcomDigi while still on a contract?
 To port out, you will need to visit the nearest CelcomDigi Store to terminate your contract. Early termination fees will be incurred and charged accordingly. Once paid, you may proceed with the port-out.
