Notice: Scheduled CelcomDigi Systems Upgrade on 30 April 2026

This is an important notice for CelcomDigi customers.
Dear Customers,
Please note that we are upgrading our IT systems on 30 April from 10:00 p.m. (up to 24 hours) to serve you better. We recommend completing all bill payments, reloads, and roaming pass purchases before the upgrade begins on 30 April at 10:00 p.m.
Please be assured that our mobile network remains fully operational during this period.
Services AVAILABLE during the scheduled IT systems upgrade via selected channels:
1. Billing and Payment Services
Bill payment for Postpaid, Fibre and 5G Home Wi-Fi can be done via JomPAY:
- Digi Biller Code: 1016
- Celcom Biller Code: 2881 (Available on 1 May from 6:00 a.m.)
2. Prepaid Reload
Prepaid reload can be done via UMB/USSD on 1 May from 12:00 a.m.:
- Digi Reload: *123*<15-digit PIN number>#
- Celcom Reload: *122*<15-digit PIN number>#
3. Roaming Services
The following services will be available for roaming customers via UMB/USSD:
- *125# to call Contact Centre
- *800# to purchase roam pass (Available on 1 May from 8:00 a.m.)
4. Add-on Services
Add-on services will be available via *118# (UMB/USSD) on 1 May from 8:00 a.m.
5. Digital Content Subscriptions (CelcomDigi Bundled Services, Pay via CelcomDigi Subscriptions and SMS Content Services)
Access to Disney+, iQIYI, Microsoft, Netflix, Prime Video, Spotify, tonton, Viu and Vision+ services will not be interrupted.
Channels NOT AVAILABLE during the scheduled IT systems upgrade:
- CelcomDigi App
- CelcomDigi Website
- CelcomDigi Online Store
- CelcomDigi Kiosk
- CelcomDigi Business Portal
Services NOT AVAILABLE during the scheduled IT systems upgrade:
1. Registration Services
- New line registration (including add new family lines)
- Prepaid SIM registration
- Change of plans
- Transfer of ownership
2. Add-on Services
- Purchase of add-on services via all channels (except via UMB/USSD)
- Purchase from Apple App Store/Google Play Store/Huawei AppGallery using Pay via CelcomDigi
3. Billing and Payment Services
- Bill payments for Postpaid, Fibre and 5G Home Wi-Fi via all channels (except via JomPAY)
- Prepaid reloads via all channels (except via UMB/USSD)
4. Account Management Services
- Termination
- Line suspension due to lost and stolen
- SIM replacement
- Check internet quota and balances
- Fibre relocation
- Family group management
5. Roaming Services
Purchase and activation of roaming passes via CelcomDigi App and CelcomDigi Business Portal (except via UMB/USSD).
Note: Customers who are travelling during the upgrade period are advised to pre-book roaming passes in advance before 10:00 p.m. on 30 April via the CelcomDigi App.
6. Port-in and Port-out (MNP) Services
- Enterprise customers: Service unavailable from 28 April to 1 May
- All other customers: Services unavailable from 30 April to 1 May
- Port-in, port-out and request resubmissions will resume on 2 May
7. Credit/Talktime Advance Services
Access to these services will be temporarily unavailable and will resume once the systems upgrade is completed.
IMPORTANT! Please remember to make your payments, reloads, purchase add-ons and complete any urgent service transactions before 10:00 p.m. on 30 April. We appreciate your cooperation in planning these activities in advance to ensure a smooth experience during the scheduled IT systems upgrade, and regret any inconvenience caused.
