You will receive a voucher code from CelcomDigi via WhatsApp (016-333 8888) from 1 September 2026 onwards. Once you receive the voucher code, please follow the instructions provided in the WhatsApp message to redeem the Samsung 55" UHD 4K Smart TV 2026 within 30 days.

7. When will I receive the Samsung 55" UHD 4K Smart TV 2026?

The TV will be delivered within 30 working days from the date you successfully complete the redemption by following the instructions provided in the WhatsApp message.

8. Does the Samsung TV come with a warranty?

Yes. The Samsung 55" UHD 4K Smart TV 2026 comes with a 24-month Samsung manufacturer's warranty.

10. How do I redeem the offer if I purchase the device via CelcomDigi Online Store.

After completing your order, you will receive an email confirmation  from CelcomDigi (no-reply@support.celcomdigi.com) with the subject line "Payment Successful".

To redeem your Purchase with Purchase (PWP) offer, simply visit any participating CelcomDigi Store and present your pre-order receipt.

Simply select the “Drop-Off” option and choose “Credit to Postpaid Bill” in the CelcomDigi Trade-In app to receive an additional RM100 on top of your trade-in value. Complete your trade-in by 31 August 2026 to secure your locked-in trade-in value.

Example: If your device is valued at RM900 and you credit it to your postpaid bill, you’ll receive an extra RM100, making your total trade-in value RM1,000.
