1. Where can I purchase Asus ZenWiFi BT8 router?
For existing CelcomDigi One plan customers, you may purchase the router online or walk into the following selected stores.
For new customers, you may walk into following selected stores.

2. How do I set up the Asus ZenWiFi BT8 router?
We'll send a technician to help you set up your Asus ZenWiFi BT8 router at home. Just follow these simple steps:
- Send a WhatsApp message to our Customer Support team at +6016 333 1111
- Select ‘Fibre’ → ‘Connectivity & Troubleshooting Support’
- Choose ‘Modem/Router Related’, then choose ‘Router Issue’
- Upload a photo of your Asus router and share your home address
- In the issue description, type: “Asus ZenWiFi BT8 installation”
- Our agent will confirm your request
- Our Fibre team will contact you to schedule an installation appointment
Note: Installation service is only available for CelcomDigi Fibre customers who purchased the Asus ZenWiFi BT8 router from us.
3. Can I buy this router if I don’t have CelcomDigi Fibre?
No. The Asus ZenWiFi BT8 is only available to One Plan customers who have an active CelcomDigi Fibre subscription.
4. Do I still get the TP-Link router if I choose the Asus router?
Yes, you’ll still receive the standard TP-Link router that comes with your fibre plan. It will be used as a backup router in case your Asus router is ever unavailable.
5. What happens if my Asus router becomes faulty?
If your Asus router is faulty during your Easy360 contract period, we will send you a replacement unit at no additional charge. While waiting for the replacement, you can use your TP-Link router as a temporary router to stay connected.
6. Can I use the TP-Link router as a mesh node with the Asus router?
No. The TP-Link router does not support AiMesh, so it cannot be used as a mesh unit with the Asus ZenWiFi BT8. For mesh expansion, you’ll need to use other Asus routers that support AiMesh.
7. Can I install the Asus router myself?
No, self-installation is not supported for the Asus ZenWiFi BT8. To ensure proper setup, optimal performance, and compatibility with your CelcomDigi Fibre service, the router must be installed by our authorised technician. Please follow the steps in Question 2 to schedule your free installation appointment.
8. What are the benefits of the Asus ZenWiFi BT8 compared to the TP-Link router?
The Asus ZenWiFi BT8 offers:
- Better whole-home Wi-Fi coverage with mesh networking
- Faster speeds and improved performance for multiple devices
- Seamless roaming between nodes
- Enhanced security and parental control features via the Asus app
9. Is there a warranty for the Asus ZenWiFi BT8?
Yes, the router is covered by the standard manufacturer's warranty. If your unit is faulty, we will manage the warranty replacement on your behalf during the contract period.
10. Can I upgrade my mesh system in the future?
Yes! You can expand your mesh network by adding other compatible Asus AiMesh routers to improve coverage in larger homes.
