Product Overview: 

Easy360 is a device installment/ ownership program that provide customers with better deals on the latest flagship phones. Depending on eligibility, subscribers can enjoy: 

  • Widest range of 5G devices 
  • Easiest Instalment plan with options of 24-month or 36-month contract
  • Zero upfront payment

2. Customer Eligibility
  • Malaysians citizens
  • Existing CelcomDigi subscribers: 
  • Change of plan
  • Prepaid-to-Postpaid
  • Non-CelcomDigi subscribers: 
  • Port-in from other telcos
  • New line registration

 

Eligible customers must allow a Biometric thumb screen to be conducted during registration. The thumb screen must match to complete the sign-up.

 

For credit card transactions:
  • Auto-billing subscription is mandatory throughout the contract period.
  • Third-party credit cards are not allowed.

 

Note: Corporate individual and SME lines are not eligible for Easy360.
3. Signing Up

For existing Celcom customer, you may walk-in to the nearest Celcom bluecube or Celcom Certified Partner outlets nationwide.


For existing Digi customer, you may walk-in to the nearest Digi Store and Digi Store Express to sign up for Easy360.


Note: [Digi] If customer is a head of family and has a supplementary line, customer cannot purchase a device via Digi Store Online. Kindly proceed to walk-in to the nearest store to sign up for a device contract.  
4. Device Upfront Payment
  • Customers may need to pay Device Upfront Payment, subject to the customer’s eligibility. 
  • The upfront payment will vary based on the devices you select. 
  • Device upfront payment collected will be refunded back to you over your device contract duration.

Termination Fee

If customer cancels or exits from an Easy360 contract, eligible customer will be charged with an early termination fee based on the remaining monthly fee of the contract period.  

 

Termination fees are applicable to:

  1. Early termination
  2. Involuntary termination
  3. Early renewal
  4. Plan downgrade


Termination fee will not apply if customers upgrade their postpaid plan to a plan with a higher commitment value. However, kindly note that the Easy360 contract tenure will continue, and the monthly device fee will remain the same.
