Pre-order Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 and Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 Phones

1. When can customers do the pre-order?
Customers may start pre-order on 10 July 2025 at 10:00 a.m. until 24 July 2025 at 11:59 p.m. via the CelcomDigi website, while stocks last.
2. What is the benefit when customers sign up during pre-order?
Customers can sign up for the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 and Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 pre-order with the rate plan CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 100 and above. However, customers who sign up for selected CelcomDigi plans will receive a pre-order offer bundle as per the table below (while stocks last).

3. Who is eligible to pre-order?
- All customers with new registration (including port-ins and prepaid-to-postpaid conversions)
- Existing customers without any device contract and with no call bar
4. Can a customer with an existing contract opt for this plan?
No, a customer with an existing contract is not eligible for this plan.
5. Is the device guaranteed if the customer places a pre-order?
Yes, the device is guaranteed. Full payment is needed during the placement of pre-order according to the package price.
6. How to pre-order?
Step 1: Log on to CelcomDigi website: https://www.celcomdigi.com/devices/samsung
Step 2: Choose the phone model and preferred plan
Step 3: Pay the total amount for the phone (phone price + upfront payment).
7. What is the payment method for pre-order via online?
Payment can be made via credit or debit card in full upon pre-order.
8. How will the pre-ordered device reach the customers?
The device will be sent to the customer via courier. The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery locations, method of delivery, and items ordered.
9. When will the customers receive the device?
Deliveries will begin from 24 July 2025 onwards. Rest assured, an order tracking number will be sent to your email when your delivery is on its way.
10. Where can I trade in my device?
You can trade in your devices by downloading the latest CompAsia app and having your device diagnosed and evaluated through it. Please note that trading in devices in-store is not available at the moment. Stay tuned for further updates.

11. Who is eligible for the free 2-month PhoneCARE Swap & Replace plan?
To be eligible, you must purchase the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 and Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 during the pre-order period, from 10 July 2025 to 31 July 2025 and opt in for the PhoneCARE Swap and Replace plan.
12. How do I sign up for the free 2-month PhoneCARE Swap & Replace plan?
During the pre-order process, simply opt in to PhoneCARE by selecting 'Yes' under the consent toggle. Then, choose the 'Free 2-Month Swap & Replace' option.
13. Which Swap & Replace plans are eligible for the free 2 months?

14. I already have an existing PhoneCARE plan. Am I still eligible for the free 2-month PhoneCARE Swap & Replace plan?
Yes! You're eligible, and your existing PhoneCARE plan will be replaced with this new one. All you have to do is:
- Select 'Yes' under the PhoneCARE consent toggle
- Choose the 'Free 2-Month Swap & Replace' option
Note: This offer is only valid during the pre-order period from 10 July 2025 to 31 July 2025.
15. Will I still need to make an upfront payment for the PhoneCARE Swap & Replace plan?
Yes, you are still required to make the usual upfront payment for the PhoneCARE subscription.
16. When will the free 2-month PhoneCARE rebate amount be reflected on my bill?
It will be reflected as 'Payment Via M-1' in your monthly bill within 60 days.
17. What if I prefer the PhoneCARE Device Swap plan?
You may still choose the PhoneCARE Device Swap plan. However, it is not included in the free 2-month offer and will be chargeable as usual upon receiving your new device.
18. When will my PhoneCARE plan be activated?
Your PhoneCARE plan will be activated within 6 days after you receive your new device.
- If your device gets accidentally damaged during this period, don't worry – you're still eligible to make a request via the SR Portal.
- If you're switching from an existing PhoneCARE plan, the new plan will also take up to 6 days to activate after termination.
