CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Bonus Quota Offer

1. When is the campaign period?
This limited time campaign starts on 29 October 2024 and is valid until further notice.
2. Who is eligible for this postpaid bonus quota offer?
All customers that are on eligible CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G plan will get the bonus quota. This includes customer that are already on the plan, new sign ups and customers that changed their plan to eligible CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G plan.
3. How much is the bonus quota that I can get on my postpaid plan?
Below is the bonus quota for each postpaid plan:

4. What is the validity of the bonus quota?
You will continue to enjoy the bonus quota as long as you remain on your current plan after receiving it. The quota will be refreshed at each billing cycle.
5. When will I get the bonus quota?
If you performed a new sign up or a change of plan under Celcom’s network from 29 October 2024 onwards, you will get the bonus quota immediately.
For sign ups and change of plan under Digi’s network from 5 November 2024 onwards, you will also get the bonus quota immediately.
If you are an existing customer that is already on an eligible plan, you will receive an SMS informing you when the bonus quota will be granted to you. This includes customers that have signed up for an eligible plan on Digi’s network between 29 October 2024 and 4 November 2024.
6. Where can I view the bonus quota bucket and usage?
If you are using the Celcom Life or MyDigi app, you can check your bonus quota by following the steps below:
Celcom Life:
Step 1: On the main page of the Celcom Life app, click on ‘My Local Usage.’
Step 2: Under the 'Local' tab, click on ‘Internet.’
Step 3: You can view your bonus quota on this page.
MyDigi:
Step 1: On the main page of the MyDigi app, scroll to the 'Internet' tab.
Step 2: You can view your bonus quota in this section.
7. Where can I sign up for the CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G plans?
You may also walk into your nearest CelcomDigi Store, Celcom bluecube, Digi Store, CelcomDigi website, Celcom and Digi Dealers to sign up, port-in or changing plans on your postpaid line or switching your prepaid line to the eligible CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G plans.
8. Does the bonus quota comes with contract?
No. The bonus quota does not come with contract.
9. Does the offer only applicable if I sign up plan only?
The bonus quota is applicable for both plan only and plan with device options.
10. Can I enjoy this offer together with the RM10 x 12 months contractual rebate (Freedom Add-Ons) for CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Plan?
Yes. You can enjoy both RM10 x 12 months contractual rebate (Freedom Add-Ons) and bonus quota.
11. What will happen to the bonus quota if I change my plan to another plan?
Bonus quota shall be forfeited if you perform a change of plan.
