1. What is the all new CelcomDigi Prepaid 5G DataSIM 65 500GB Plan?
CelcomDigi Prepaid 5G DataSIM 65 500GB Plan is a new 5G plan which offers customers more quota and high-speed Internet. This pass comes in monthly Internet Passes.
2. How do I subscribe and track my mobile Internet Pass?
You can purchase any subscription service, track and manage your account via the app or by dialling *118*2#.
3. What are the benefits of the new Internet Passes?
This plan comes with 500GB of Internet quota and it can also be used for Hotspot.
4. Why am I not getting 5G access when I already subscribe to 5G internet pass?
To enjoy 5G Internet on your CelcomDigi Prepaid Biru or Kuning plan, please ensure:
- You are using a 5G capable, supported and enabled Mobile Device with updated software version to access and/ or utilise 5G network.
- You are located within the 5G network coverage area. If you are located outside the 5G network coverage area, you’ll automatically switch to any of our other available networks.
- Your SIM card is a 4G LTE enabled SIM.
5. Does this Plan have auto renew function?
No, this plan does not have auto renewal function. You are required to renew via app.
6. What happens to my unused Internet quota when my Mobile Internet Pass subscription if i renew?
Unused Internet Quota from previous subscription will NOT be carried forward upon renewal.
7. How can I check my Internet balance quota and validity?
Check and manage your account via Celcom Life app or dial *118#.
8. What happens when my Internet Pass quota is fully utilised before the expiry date? Will I be charged on a pay-per-use basis?
No, your speed will be throttled to 3Mbps.
