1. What is Postpaid DataSIM?
Postpaid DataSIM is a new data-only plan which offers unlimited 5G & 4G internet, with options to sign up Mobile WiFi (MiFi) devices.
2. Do I need to pay an upfront payment upon signing Postpaid DataSIM?
Yes, a plan upfront payment of RM99 is applicable for all new Postpaid DataSIM sign-ups.
3. Where can I sign up Postpaid DataSIM?
You can sign up at any CelcomDigi Store, CelcomDigi Express, CelcomDigi Express Lite or authorized dealers nationwide.
4. Can I make calls or SMS with Postpaid DataSIM?
No, this plan is for internet connectivity only. It does not support calls or SMS.
5. What is the download speed for Postpaid DataSIM?
Postpaid DataSIM is at Advance 5G speed tier, with a maximum download speed of 300Mbps.
6. Can I port-in my existing phone number or change my existing plan to Postpaid DataSIM?
No, all Postpaid DataSIM sign-ups must be a new line subscription.
7. What type of contractual offers are available with Postpaid DataSIM?
There are two options:
- Freedom Add-Ons: RM20 rebate for 12 months
- Device Contract: MiFi Device + RM10 rebate for 12 months
8. Can I port-out my Postpaid DataSIM line to another telco?
No, for Postpaid DataSIM you must terminate your line. Early termination charges may apply if you’re in a contract.
