Please note that those signing up through retail stores, tele-sales, or authorised dealer channels, as well as Refer & Earn customers are not eligible.

6. I just received my first Home WiFi bill. Why don’t I see any rebates?
Rebate will be granted within 60 days from service activation date. Hence in the 1st month’s bill, you will still be required to pay the full amount shown in your bill. But rest assured if that happens, rebates will be reflected in month 2 onwards for the next 24 consecutive months.
7. If I have subscribed to the CelcomDigi 5G Home WiFi plan only, will I enjoy this rebate offer?
No, this online exclusive promo is only available to customers who subscribe to CelcomDigi 5G Home WiFi (Plan+ Router) via CelcomDigi Online Store during promotion period only.
8. Is there an advance or upfront payment fee?
For the CelcomDigi 5G Home WiFi (Plan + Router), a RM288 upfront payment is required for registration. This upfront fee will be rebated at RM12 per month over 24 months and credited to your bill according to your billing cycle.
9. What if I would like to terminate my subscription?
Termination of service is only available at Celcom bluecube & Digi Stores. You will be charged a penalty of the remaining contract months x monthly fee or a minimum of RM500 (whichever is higher) if you choose to terminate your service before the end of the contract period. Rebates are not applicable.
