FAQ: CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 & CelcomDigi One 2026 Roaming Offer (Northern States) - Free Roaming in Singapore, Indonesia & Thailand for 12 Months

1. What is the Northern Roaming offer?

All eligible new customers who sign up at CelcomDigi Store, CelcomDigi Express or CelcomDigi Express Lite in Penang, Perlis and Kedah will receive 5GB of high-speed roaming data every month for 12 consecutive months when travelling to Singapore, Indonesia or Thailand.

2. How much roaming data will I receive?

You will receive 5GB of high-speed roaming data every month.

3. How long can I enjoy this benefit?

You will enjoy the benefit for 12 consecutive months from the date of new eligible postpaid plan activation.

4. Who is eligible for this offer?

All new customers who sign up for the following principal and supplementary plans at CelcomDigi Store, CelcomDigi Express or CelcomDigi Express Lite in Penang, Perlis and Kedah:

• CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 100 2026
• CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 120 2026
• CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 140 2026
• CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 160 2026
• CelcomDigi One Lite 2026
• CelcomDigi One Pro 2026
• CelcomDigi One Ultra 2026

Note: Existing CelcomDigi customers who switch to an eligible CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G or CelcomDigi One 2026 plan are not eligible for this offer.

5. What happens when I have used up my 5GB roaming quota?

To continue roaming until the next quota refresh, you will need to purchase a new roaming pass via CelcomDigi app or dial *800#. 

6. Will my unused roaming quota be carried forward to the next month?

No. Any unused quota will expire at the end of the monthly bill cycle.

7. When will my roaming quota be refreshed? 

Your 5GB roaming quota will be refreshed every month based on your bill cycle.

8. Do I need to re-activate my roaming benefit every month?

No. The roaming benefit will be automatically renewed every month for 12 consecutive months.

9. How will I get the offer?

You will get the offer right away upon successful line activation. The offer will be valid for 12 months.

10. Does the offer come with a contract? 

No, once you get the offer, you will continue to enjoy it for 12 months. 

11. What will happen if I buy a roaming pass when I go roaming in Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand?

The quota from your purchased roaming pass will be utilized first. Once the roaming pass quota has been fully utilized, it will switch to the free 5GB high-speed roaming quota.

12. Will I lose the offer if I sign up for a contract afterwards? 

No, you will continue to enjoy the offer for the remaining duration of the 12 months.
