1. What makes the new WiFi 6 Router so unique?

The new router provides stronger, wider coverage, faster WiFi connections for improved online gaming and surfing, built-in EasyMesh, and a larger capacity to connect even more devices.


2. I’m interested! Do I have to pay for this new WiFi 6 Router, or is it provided free of charge?

All new CelcomDigi Fibre customers will be given a new WiFi 6 Router for free. 


3. How to sign up for new customers? 

To be our new CelcomDigi Fibre customers, you can go to any CelcomDigi stores or authorized Fibre agents to sign up with CelcomDigi Fibre. The new WiFi 6 Router will be installed during fibre installation.


4. This new WiFi 6 Router comes with EasyMesh technology. Can I add-on the Mesh node?

Yes, you can easily pair it to form a whole home Wi-Fi 6 mesh network with zero dead zones on our Mesh Node. Our Mesh Node is given for free for new 500Mbps sign-up plans and above only. The Mesh Node will be installed during Fibre installation. 


5. I’m an existing CelcomDigi Fibre customer. Can I request to change to this new WiFi 6 Router if I upgrade my plan?

This offer is only available to new CelcomDigi Fibre customers. 


6. I’m an existing CelcomDigi Fibre 500Mbps plan (& above) customer. Can I claim my free Mesh Node now? 

Currently, this offer is only available to new CelcomDigi Fibre customers.


7. Is there a contract period for the new WiFi 6 Router? 

Yes, there will be a 24-month contract period according to the Fibre plan subscribed. 

8. Is there a warranty for the new WiFi 6 Router? 

It comes with a 24-month warranty. The warranty will be voided upon the expiry of the CelcomDigi Fibre plan contract or any damage to the router out of misuse/ negligence from customer side.  


9. What is not covered in the warranty?

The warranty does not cover: 

  • Defects and damages due to loss, theft, fire, water, or a natural disaster. 

  • Failure or damage caused by improper use, carelessness, or accidents.

  • Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification.


10. Do I need to return the new WiFi 6 Router? 
You may keep the device regardless of early termination or contract expiration.
