How to view and download my bill?

Via Celcom Life


Mobile App

Step 1: Download the Celcom Life app and select 'Login with OTP'

Step 2: Enter your mobile number and click 'Next'

Step 3: Enter the one-time pin for verification purposes and click 'Log In' to proceed

Step 4: Once landed on the homepage, click on the 'My Bills' icon

Step 5: Next, click on 'Details >'

Step 6: Click on 'Download Statement' to view your bill statement.


Hub

Step 1: Go to Celcom Life Hub and get started by entering your mobile number  

Step 2: Enter the one-time pin for verification purposes

Step 3: Once landed on the homepage, select 'Billing' on the side panel

Step 4: Under 'Billing Statements', select the months that you wish to view and tap on 'Download'.



Via MyDigi


Mobile App

Step 1: Download the MyDigi app and get started by entering your mobile number 

Step 2: Enter the one-time pin for verification purposes 

Step 3: Once landed on the homepage, tap on ‘View/ Pay Bill’ 

Step 4: You will be taken to ‘Bill History’ page where you can tap on the download icon to view your bill.


Web

Step 1: Go to MyDigi Web and get started by entering your mobile number 

Step 2: Enter the one-time pin for verification purposes

Step 3: Once landed on the homepage, tap on ‘Bill Payment/ History’ 

Step 4: Under the ‘Billing History’ tab, tap on the download icon to view your bill.
