1. What is the special offer for CelcomDigi’s Pakej Perpaduan fibre? 
Customers in the B40 group can sign up for a 30Mbps fibre plan for only RM69/month if their installation address falls under selected areas in Sabah (under Celcom Timur Sdn Bhd [CTSB] coverage areas).

 

2. Is this a limited time promotion?

Yes, this is a limited time promotion. This promotion commences on 30 March 2023 and ends on 31 March 2024.

 

3. Who is eligible for this Pakej Perpaduan fibre offer? 

  • Customers in the B40 group
  • Customers in CTSB’s coverage areas, Sabah only
  • New customers who register for fibre 30Mbps Pakej Perpaduan Jalur Lebar Tetap

 

4. How can I participate in this offer?

This promotion is only applicable for subscription and/or purchase at:

  • bluecube (BC)
  • Digi Store (DS)
  • Celcom Certified Partners (CCP)
  • Digi Store Express (DSE)

  • The special rebate of RM11 shall be valid for the first twenty-four (24) months of subscription.
  • Standard retail price shall apply after the expiry of the first twenty-four (24) months.
  • The rebate will be prorated in the first month’s bill.
  • In the event the customer performs an upgrade or downgrade on their fibre plan at any time during the first twenty-four (24) months, the Pakej Perpaduan rebate will be nullified.

 

6. Can I downgrade my current fibre subscription to enjoy the promotion? 

No, the promotion is only available for new registration Pakej Perpaduan Home Fibre only.

 

7. Is there a contract period for the fibre plan?

Yes, there is a 24-month contract period.

 

8. Can non-Malaysians subscribe to this plan?

Yes, a RM500 deposit will be required for non-Malaysians.

 

9. What happens if I terminate my fibre plan?  

If you choose to terminate your fibre plan subscription within the contract period, the standard fibre termination process will apply, including termination penalties.
