Digi RDY subscribers also enjoy 5% game credit cashback when you use your Digi Prepaid credits to spend on game purchases through the Google PlayStore, Apple App Store, Huawei AppGallery, Garena App Store and Coda Shop.

2. What is an always-on gaming internet with optimised gaming latency?

Always-on gaming internet refers to the unlimited mobile data feature specifically designed for mobile gaming consumption on the specified 7 game titles. Subscribers of RDY88 monthly Internet plan can always be ready for more gaming actions without the need to worry about running out of Internet quota for the next game.

The 7 game titles covered by always-on gaming Internet feature are as follow:

1. PUBG

2. Mobile Legends: Bang Bang

3. FreeFire

4. Call of Duty

5. AoV (Arena of Valor)

6. League of Legends (Wild Rift)

7. League of Legends (PC)

Optimised Gaming Latency (OGL) refers to the unique gaming Internet feature of RDY88 monthly Internet plan, which gives subscribers network priority, and therefore super fast ping and low latency for better mobile gaming experience. The OGL feature is applicable to the 7 game titles covered by the always-on gaming Internet feature. 

3. Is this a prepaid or postpaid plan?

This is a prepaid plan, with an auto-renewal monthly subscription. This means that the RDY88 internet plan will renew automatically every 30 days, with the condition that the subscriber has sufficient credit balance in their account. 

4. How do I get the game credit cashback?

Subscribers enjoy 5% game credit cashback of the transaction amount when purchasing from the platforms below:

• Google Play Store

• Apple App Store

• Huawei App Gallery

• CODA Shop

• Garena App Store

Example: A RDY88 subscriber purchases RM50 in value on any of the above listed platforms and gets RM2.50 game credit cashback (5% of RM50 transaction value).

The game credit cashback will be granted to the subscriber's main credit balance upon successful completion of the transaction. Please note that there will be a grace period of up to 12 hours for transactions on some of the platforms.

It is highly recommended for RDY Gaming Plan subscribers to utilise the game credit cashback for Internet plan purchase or renewal of RDY88 monthly Internet plan subscription.

The cashback value is capped at RM68 per calendar month. 

5. Can I purchase more internet if I run out of quota?

Yes, in the event that you have exhausted your quota, you may opt for either Monthly Boosters or On-Demand One-time Passes.

RDY subscribers may subscribe to Monthly Plan Booster via MyDigi mobile app or web  (Add-Ons > Booster) or by dialing UMB shortcode *128#. Monthly boosters will be automatically added on top of the RDY88 monthly recurring bill. Expiry date of the boosters follow your monthly RDY88 internet plan. See table below for booster packages:

One-time Passes can be purchased on-demand via MyDigi mobile app or web (MyDigi > Add-Ons > On Demands) or by dialing UMB shortcode *128#. The one-time add-ons options are as follow:

6. Will my internet quota rollover if I don’t finish it?

No, the internet quota will be refreshed at the beginning of every billing cycle.

Fees & Payment

1. How much do I need to pay?

There are no charges for both new and existing Digi subscribers to the RDY Gaming Plan. Subscribers only need to reload and subscribe to RDY88 monthly internet plan (special launch price of RM68/month with auto-recurring subscription) to start enjoying the full benefits of RDY Gaming Plan.

Note: The free SIM from RDY Gaming plan plan does not include any preloaded airtime credit upon new line sign-ups and MNP port-ins. Subscribers have the full flexibility to reload/top-up anytime at their convenience for continuous usage.

Signing Up

1. How do I sign up for the RDY Gaming Plan?

For new Digi subscribers, sign up via Digi Store Online. You can opt to get a new SIM or port-in to Digi whilst keeping your existing mobile number.

For existing Digi subscribers, Dial *128#, then select My Account → Account Info → Call Plan → Digi Prepaid RDY.

Note: Your current Internet subscription and free data will be reset upon successful Change-of-plan (COP). Each subscriber can only perform Change-of-plan (COP) twice within any calendar month.
