1. What are CelcomDigi Postpaid Freedom Add-Ons and Mega Add-Ons?

These are optional, extra benefits that you can enjoy with your CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 plans. All you need to do is subscribe to one of these add-on options with a 12-month contract period:

• Freedom Add-Ons: Free add-ons with eligible postpaid plans
• Mega Add-Ons: Optional paid add-ons for more value, flexibility or premium benefits

2. How do Freedom Add-Ons and Mega Add-Ons work?

If you’re on an eligible CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 plan, you can pick one add-on (either a Freedom Add-Ons or a Mega Add-Ons) to enjoy. Once subscribed, your chosen add-on will be active for a 12-month contract period.

3. Will I be tied to a contract for 12 months if I subscribe to Freedom Add-Ons or Mega Add-Ons?

Yes, to enjoy these add-ons, you will be under a 12-month contract. If you cancel before the 12-month period ends, an early termination fee will apply.

4. What Freedom Add-Ons or Mega Add-Ons can I get with my CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 plan? 

The available add-ons may vary depending on your plan. For the latest list of perks, you can browse through your CelcomDigi app, visit our website, or check with any of our CelcomDigi stores.

5. Who can subscribe to Freedom Add-Ons or Mega Add-Ons?

• If your plan is eligible, the offers will appear in your CelcomDigi app.
• If you do not see the offers in your CelcomDigi app, it means your plan is not eligible.

6. I already have a device contract. Can I still subscribe?

Each mobile number can only have one active contract at a time. If you already have an existing device or service contract, you are not eligible for Freedom Add-Ons or Mega Add-Ons.

7. How do I subscribe to one of these add-ons?

Just log in to your CelcomDigi app > go to Shop > Power Up Your Plan and you’ll see the available options: 

• Freedom Add-Ons 
• Mega Add-Ons
  

Once you’re done browsing, simply select your preferred add-on and subscribe.

Note: If you’re already on an existing device or service contract, the options will appear grayed out in your CelcomDigi app.

8. How will I be charged for Freedom Add-Ons or Mega Add-Ons?

• Freedom Add-Ons: Free of charge (no recurring fees).
• Mega Add-Ons: Monthly subscription fee will appear in your monthly postpaid bill.

Change of Plan, Termination & Waiver

9.  What if I want to stop my Freedom Add-Ons or Mega Add-Ons before my 12-month contract period ends? 

If you cancel early, you will be charged an early termination fee:

• Freedom Add-Ons: RM30 flat fee
• Mega Add-Ons:
  • Mega Add-Ons for Entertainment & Security: Recommended Retail Price (RRP) × Remaining contract months
  • Mega Add-Ons for Roaming: Monthly price for Roaming x Remaining contract months

10. What if I change my postpaid plan later?

• Upgrade: If you upgrade to another eligible plan, your add-on will continue without interruption.
• Downgrade: If you downgrade to another plan, your Add-On will automatically end, and an early termination fee will apply.

11. When else will I be charged a termination fee for my Freedom Add-Ons or Mega Add-Ons?

Apart from choosing to end your 12-month contract early, the termination fee will also in the event of the following:

• Postpaid line termination
• Mobile Number Portability (MNP) port-out to another telco
• Change of plan - Downgrading
• Change of plan - Postpaid to prepaid

12. How do I cancel my Freedom Add-Ons or Mega Add-Ons?

You will need to visit a CelcomDigi store to terminate your contract, and an early termination fee will apply if applicable.
