FAQ: Apple Music Campaign

1. What is this promotion?

Enjoy a special Apple Music subscription offer when you pay using CelcomDigi Direct Operator Billing (DOB):

• Individual Plan: RM2.90 for the first 3 months (Normal Price: RM17.90/month).
• Family Plan: RM6.90 for the first 3 months (Normal Price: RM27.90/month). 

Note: Family plan requires Family Sharing. See apple.com/family-sharing for more information.

2. When is the campaign period? 

The offer is valid from 24 July 2026 to 19 August 2026.

3. Who is eligible for this promotion?

The offer is only available to new subscriber on iPhone and iPad and will automatically appear in the Apple Music app. 

Note: Eligibility is determined by Apple and subject to Apple’s terms and conditions
 

4. How does the promotion work?

Eligible users can enjoy the promotional price for the first 3 months. Starting from the 4th month, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard monthly price for your selected Individual (RM17.90/month) or Family Plan (RM27.90/month) unless you cancel your subscription before the next billing date.

5. How do I pay using CelcomDigi Direct Operator Billing (DOB)?

Follow these steps to set up CelcomDigi Direct Operator Billing (DOB):

1. Go to Settings > Payment & Shipping.
2. Select Add Payment Method or Edit Payment Method.
3. Choose Mobile Phone (or Mobile Billing, where available) and select CelcomDigi as your payment method.
4. Complete the verification and confirm your payment method.
5. Open the Apple Music app on your Apple device.
6. Sign in with your Apple ID.
7. Subscribe to the eligible Individual or Family plan. Your subscription charges will be billed to your CelcomDigi mobile account.

6. Who can pay using CelcomDigi Direct Operator Billing (DOB)?

All CelcomDigi customers in Malaysia are eligible to use CelcomDigi Direct Operator Billing (DOB), except:

• Postpaid customers with overdue bills or who have exceeded their transaction limits. 
• Prepaid customers with insufficient prepaid credits or who have exceeded their transaction limits.

7. Can I subscribe if I am already an Apple Music subscriber?

No. This promotion is only available to eligible users who see the offer in the Apple Music app. Existing Apple Music subscribers are not eligible.

8. Can I subscribe through the Apple Music website and still enjoy this promotion?

Yes. If you are eligible for the promotion, the promotional plan will be displayed when you sign in with your Apple Account on an eligible Apple device. You can then subscribe and pay using CelcomDigi Direct Operator Billing (DOB).

9. Can I change my Apple Music subscription plan and enjoy this promotion?

No. This promotion is only available to eligible new subscribers. Changing your existing subscription plan will not make you eligible for this promotion. Eligibility remains subject to Apple's campaign terms & Conditions.
