FAQ: iPhone 18 Pro Launch Campaign

A. Easy360

1. When is the campaign period? 

The campaign is active from 8:00 a.m. on 18th September 2026 until 23:59, 31st October 2026.

2. Where can I sign up for iPhone 18 Pro with Easy360? 

Customers can sign up through the CelcomDigi Online Store, any CelcomDigi Store, or CelcomDigi Express Stores.

3. Who is eligible to participate in this campaign? 

This campaign is open to:

• Existing CelcomDigi Postpaid subscribers who are not tied to any contract and have no call bar or other restrictions on their account.
• New customers including new line registrations, port-ins and prepaid-to-postpaid conversions.

4. Can I purchase more than one iPhone 18 Pro or iPhone 18 Pro Max with Easy360 during the campaign period?

Yes. Each customer is allowed to sign up for up to two (2) devices on Easy360 contracts under the same NRIC. Only one (1) Easy360 contract is allowed per phone number.

5. What is the special offer during the campaign?

Customers who sign up for an iPhone 18 Pro series device financing contract under the CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 100 plan or higher will receive a 10% discount voucher for selected Apple devices (AirPods, iPad, and Apple Watch, excluding iPhones) via the CelcomDigi Online Store, available while stocks last.

6. Who qualifies for the 10% off Apple device vouchers?

Anyone who signs up for Easy360 device financing for any iPhone 18 Pro or iPhone 18 Pro Max with an eligible CelcomDigi Postpaid plan below during the campaign period will receive one (1) 10% discount voucher for selected Apple devices.

7. How and when will I get my voucher?

CelcomDigi will send your voucher code via WhatsApp from 016-333 8888 within ten (10) working days from the date you receive your new iPhone.

Step 2: Choose the Apple product you want to buy

Step 3: Verify your mobile number and proceed to checkout

Step 4: Confirm or update your delivery details

Step 5: Enter your voucher code and select 'Pay Now'

B. Device Only Offer

1. When is the campaign period?

The campaign is available from 8:00 a.m. on 18 September 2026 until 11:59 p.m. on 31 October 2026.

2. What is the special offer during the campaign?

Customers who purchase either an iPhone 18 Pro or iPhone 18 Pro Max device during the campaign period will receive a 10% discount on selected Apple devices, including AirPods, iPads and Apple Watches (excluding iPhones), through either of the following mechanics:

a. Purchase at a CelcomDigi Store

• Customers can enjoy the 10% discount immediately when purchasing an eligible Apple device together with their iPhone 18 Pro or iPhone 18 Pro Max on a cash-and-carry basis.
• If the selected Apple device is unavailable at the store, the customer will receive one (1) 10% discount voucher to purchase it via the CelcomDigi Online Store.

b. Purchase via the CelcomDigi Online Store

• Customers who purchase an eligible iPhone 18 Pro or iPhone 18 Pro Max through the CelcomDigi Online Store will receive one (1) 10% discount voucher.
• The voucher can be used to purchase an eligible Apple device via the CelcomDigi Online Store.

The offer and eligible Apple devices are available while stocks last.

3. Who is eligible for the Device Only Offer?

The device only offer is open to all customers aged 18 years and above, including existing CelcomDigi customers and non-CelcomDigi customers.

No CelcomDigi Postpaid plan subscription or device contract is required. Customers may purchase the device through a 0% instalment plan, subject to the applicable payment provider’s terms and eligibility requirements.

The following models are eligible, subject to stock availability:

Available colours and storage capacities may vary by sales channel and location.

Yes. The device comes with Apple’s standard limited warranty, subject to Apple’s applicable warranty terms and conditions.
