FAQ: CelcomDigi Fibre Free 3 Months Offer

1. What is the CelcomDigi Fibre 3 Months offer? 

New CelcomDigi Fibre customers can enjoy a 3-month fibre rebate when they subscribe to CelcomDigi Fibre plans of 100Mbps and above.

The campaign runs from 5 October 2026 until further notice.

2. Who can sign up for this offer?

Anyone who is 18 years old and above can enjoy CelcomDigi Fibre offer. Please note that if you are a foreigner, a RM300 deposit will be required.

Eligibility and Criteria:

• Open to all new CelcomDigi Fibre subscribers nationwide.
• Applicable for a maximum of 2 fibre accounts per 1 NRIC or passport registration.
• The free 3 months offer is applicable to 100Mbps, 300Mbps, 500Mbps, 1Gbps and 2Gbps fibre plans.

3. How do I sign up for this offer?

You may walk into the nearest CelcomDigi Store or sign up online to enjoy this offer.

4. I am currently an existing Celcom/Digi fibre customer. Can I enjoy this offer?

No. This offer is available to new CelcomDigi Fibre customers only.

5. Does this offer come with a contract? 

Yes, all new CelcomDigi Fibre plans come with a 24-month contract. 

The promotional rebate is valid for 3 months from your activation date and the subsequent the price will revert to the standard CelcomDigi Fibre nationwide plan price as per corresponding speed and rebate entitlements.

6. Will I still be eligible for the offer if I subscribe during the offer period but schedule installation after it ends?

Yes, you will still be eligible for the offer as long as you register during the offer period.

7. What will happen to my offer rebates if I change my CelcomDigi Fibre plan during my contract period? 

If you downgrade to a lower fibre plan during the first 3 months period, your free 3 months rebate will be forfeited, and your contract shall be refreshed to a new 24-month contract. If you upgrade to a higher fibre plan, your applicable rebates will continue.

8. When will I see free 3 months rebate on my bill?

The free 3 months rebate may take up to 60 days from your fibre activation date to be reflected in your fibre bill.

9. Will I also enjoy the monthly and campaign rebates if I am on the free 3 months offer?

Yes. You will continue to enjoy your monthly and campaign rebates even when you are subscribed to the free 3 months offer. The free months offer will run concurrently with the monthly and campaign rebates. Your bill may be reflected as per the example below.
