4. What is the validity of the Bola Passes?

Your Bola Pass starts immediately after successful purchase.

• 999GB Bola Match Pass and 100GB Bola Match Pass are valid for 3 hours from the time of purchase. 
• Bola Unlimited Pass is valid until your active base plan expires. 

5. What can I use Bola Unlimited Pass for?

Bola Unlimited Pass provides unlimited streaming on RTMKlik only. Usage on other apps, websites, or services will consume your available base plan or add-on quota.

6. Can I buy multiple Bola Passes?

Yes. You can purchase multiple 999GB Bola Match Passes and 100GB Bola Match Passes. 

Please note that:

• Each pass is valid for 3 hours from the time of purchase 
• Passes do not stack or extend each other 
• Multiple active passes can coexist 
• The earliest purchased active pass will be used first 

For Bola Unlimited Pass, if you already have an active Bola Unlimited Pass, purchasing another one will not provide additional benefits and is non-refundable once activated.

7. Will Bola Pass data be used before my base plan?

Yes. Active 3-Hour Bola Match Pass data will be prioritised over your base plan data.

For Bola Unlimited Pass, eligible RTMKlik streaming usage will be covered by the pass while it remains active.

8. Do I need an active base plan to purchase Bola Unlimited Pass?

Yes. An active Spark base plan is required to purchase and use Bola Unlimited Pass.

9. What happens when my Bola Pass expires?

• Any unused quota from the 999GB Bola Match Pass or 100GB Bola Match Pass will expire after 3 hours. 
• Bola Unlimited Pass will expire when your active base plan expires. 
• Subsequent data usage will be drawn from your available base plan or active add-ons.
