1. What is StreamMORE Football Bundle?
StreamMORE Football Bundle is an add-on for CelcomDigi Postpaid customers that gives you access to sports, entertainment and streaming content in one subscription, along with extra Internet quota.
2. What is included in StreamMORE Football Bundle?
The bundle includes:
- Prime Video
- sooka (Premium)
- 100GB monthly internet quota
3. Who can subscribe to this bundle?
The StreamMORE Football Bundle is available to all CelcomDigi Postpaid customers, except:
- Customers on the following plans with Prime Video included:
- CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 190
- CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 160
- Customers subscribed to Mega Add-Ons Prime Video and sooka (all versions).
4. What access do I get with the streaming services?
You will enjoy access across all included streaming services as detailed below:

5. How do I subscribe?
You can subscribe via:
- CelcomDigi App
- CelcomDigi Website
- CelcomDigi Store
6. Can I buy more than one StreamMORE Bundle?
Yes, you can subscribe to more than one StreamMORE bundle, as long as the streaming services do not overlap.
If you subscribe to another bundle that includes the same streaming service as your existing bundle, your existing subscription will be replaced immediately. The new bundle will take effect right away, and no refund will be provided for any unused period.
Example:
If you already have the StreamMORE Sports Bundle and subscribe to the StreamMORE Football Bundle (which also includes sooka), your StreamMORE Football Bundle will be replaced by the StreamMORE Football Bundle.
7. My plan already comes with a streaming service. Can I still subscribe to the bundle?
Yes, you can still subscribe. However, you can only choose bundles that do not include the same streaming service already provided in your plan.
Example:
Your current plan is CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 190 already includes Prime Video, you will not be able to subscribe to the StreamMORE Football Bundle.
8. Will I be notified before the change is made?
Yes, you will be shown a confirmation message before proceeding with any subscription or bundle change.
9. What is the validity?
The bundle is valid for 30 days from the time of subscription.
10. What happens if my internet quota is used up?
Once your quota is fully used, usage will continue from your base postpaid data plan.
11. Is this an auto-renew subscription?
Yes, the bundle will automatically renew every 30 days unless cancelled.
12. When will I be charged?
- Charges are billed upon subscription.
- Recurring charges apply every 30 days.
Activation
13. How do I activate each streaming service?
After successful subscription, you will receive activation notifications via SMS and push notification in the CelcomDigi app of the successful transaction. To start watching:
- Go to Lifestyle → My Subscriptions
- Select the respective StreamMORE Bundle
- Click the “Access Via” link to activate all your streaming services respectively
Important Note: Customers are required to use the same mobile number used for subscription during activation and login.14. When can I start watching?
You can start watching immediately after successful activation.
Manage Your Subscription
15. How do I cancel or unsubscribe the Football Bundle?
You can cancel via: CelcomDigi App → My Subscriptions → Select Football Bundle → Unsubscribe.
16. Can I cancel or unsubscribe individual streaming services within the bundle?
No, the bundle must be cancelled as a whole. Individual streaming services cannot be cancelled separately.
17. Where can I perform the cancellation or unsubscribe to the bundle?
Cancellation or unsubscribing can only be done via the CelcomDigi app and cannot be performed through the streaming service providers.
18. What happens after cancellation or unsubscribe?
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied after that.
Important Notes: - Multiple StreamMORE bundles are allowed as long as the streaming services do not overlap. - Bundles with overlapping streaming services will replace the existing subscription immediately. - Individual streaming services cannot be managed separately. - All subscription changes must be performed via the CelcomDigi app.
