FAQ: Top Eleven Be Football Manager x UniPin Cashback Campaign

1. What is this promotion?
Enjoy 5% cashback on Top Eleven Be Football Manager tokens when you pay via CelcomDigi on UniPin. T&Cs apply.

2. When is the campaign period? 
The offer is valid from 28 May 2026 to 20 July 2026.

3. Who is eligible for this promotion?
All CelcomDigi subscribers in Malaysia are eligible, except:

• Postpaid subscribers with overdue bills or exceeded transaction limits. 
• Prepaid subscribers with insufficient credit or exceeded transaction limits.
• Users without a valid Top Eleven Be Football Manager players ID.

4. Is this promotion applicable across all platforms?
This promotion is only applicable to purchases of Top Eleven Be Football Manager tokens via UniPin and payment using CelcomDigi direct operator billing.

5. How will I be notified if I receive the cashback?
Participants who meet all campaign criteria will receive an SMS notification within 2 hours after successful transaction. If you do not receive the SMS, it may be due to either: 

• Campaign eligibility requirements not being met, or 
• Cashback quota has been fully redeemed.

6. Once I receive the cashback SMS, how will I get the cashback? 

• For prepaid users, the cashback will be credited as prepaid credit upon successful payment. It can be used for CelcomDigi’s service subscriptions and/or direct operator billing purchases. Validity follows the prepaid account validity period. 
• For postpaid users, the cashback will be offset in the next billing cycle.

7. Is the cashback transferable or exchangeable for cash?
The cashback is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Are there any caps or limitations to this campaign? 
Yes, the campaign is subject to the following limitations:

• Cashback is subject to campaign quota availability and may end once fully redeemed.
• Transactions must be made via UniPin using CelcomDigi direct operator billing.
• Subject to sufficient prepaid balance or postpaid credit limit.
• Postpaid users must have no overdue bills.
