FAQ: MotoGP Race Pass on SPOTV

1. What is the MotoGP Race Pass? 

A one-time pass that allows you to stream a selected MotoGP session (Practice, Qualifying, or Race) for a specific race weekend via SPOTV NOW for only RM5 per pass. 

2. Who is eligible? 

All CelcomDigi customers. 

3. What does each pass include? 

Each pass is session-specific: 

• Practice Pass → Practice session only  
• Qualifying Pass → Qualifying session only  
• Race Pass → Race only  

You must purchase separate passes if you want access to multiple sessions. 

4. How long is the pass valid? 

The pass is valid for 7 days from activation. 

5. Can I buy more than one pass? 

Yes, you can purchase multiple passes: 

• Across different sessions (e.g. Practice + Race); or 
• Multiple passes of the same session type  

6. When can I purchase the pass? 

Sales open every Monday of a race week and remain available until the end of that race session. 

7. Where can I purchase the pass? 

Step 1: Log in to CelcomDigi App  

Step 2: Click Shop and select Vouchers 

Step 3: Select MotoGP 

8. How do I redeem and watch the race? 

Step 1: Purchase pass via CelcomDigi App  

Step 2: Receive voucher in the app  

Step 3: Go to SPOTV NOW website  

Step 4: Log in / sign up for SPOTV NOW  

Step 5: Insert the voucher code to redeem 

You may enjoy it from on Website or Login to your account in SPOTV App 

9. Where do I redeem the voucher? 

You may redeem the voucher on the SPOTV NOW website (not in CelcomDigi App). 

10. Where can I watch the race? 

You may watch the race on the SPOTV NOW App or Website. 

12. What time are the races shown? 

The race will be based on the race’s local time. 

13. What if I miss the session? 

Replay/highlight depends on SPOTV NOW availability in those 7 days upon activating your pass. 

14. Are refunds allowed for the pass? 

No refund, cancellation, or exchange once purchased. Refer to Rewards refund policy and SOP.
