This is an important notice for CelcomDigi customers.
Please be advised that there will be a scheduled CelcomDigi system upgrade from 2:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. on 6-Apr-2026. During this period, certain services and channels will be temporarily unavailable. We recommend planning your activities ahead to ensure a smooth experience.

To ensure a smooth experience during the scheduled system upgrade, please pre-book your roaming passes and complete any purchases of internet add-ons or internet plans before the scheduled system upgrade period.

Step 1: On the CelcomDigi app home page, tap 'Roaming'
Step 2: Choose your preferred country and roaming pass
Step 3: Tap the calendar icon to set your activation date, then tap 'Purchase' to confirm
Step 4: You can check your pre-booking under 'View All' > 'Roaming Pre-booking' > 'All Bookings'.
All other CelcomDigi channels and services remain available as usual. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter.
Important: Stay vigilant against scams. CelcomDigi will never ask for OTP or sensitive information through unsolicited calls or messages related to the system upgrade. If you receive such calls or texts, please disregard and report them to CelcomDigi.
