4. How do I know if my ROI submission is successful?

You will receive a confirmation email from CelcomDigi once your ROI submission has been successfully completed.

5. How will I know if I am eligible for the free Apple AirTags after purchasing the iPhone 17e with Easy360?

If you are eligible for the free Apple AirTags, you will receive a WhatsApp message from CelcomDigi within 14 working days from date of your iPhone 17e purchase.
