Notice: Scheduled CelcomDigi Systems Upgrade on 2 and 9 March 2026

This is an important notice for CelcomDigi customers.
We are upgrading our systems on 2 March from 10:00 PM (up to 24 hours) & 9 March from 10:00 PM (up to 24 hours) to serve you better.
During this period, you will remain connected as voice, SMS, and Internet services are available. You can also continue to pay bills, reload, and purchase add-ons easily. For quick and convenient access to these services, we encourage you to download the CelcomDigi app.
However, a few channels and services will be temporarily unavailable during the upgrade. We recommend planning your activities in advance to ensure a smooth experience.

For Port-in or Port-out (MNP) Services
During the systems upgrade on 2 March 2026:
- Enterprise customers: Service unavailable from 28 February to 3 March 2026
- All other customers: Services unavailable from 2 to 3 March 2026
- Port-in, port-out and request resubmissions will resume on 4 March 2026
During the systems upgrade on 9 March 2026:
- Enterprise customers: Service unavailable from 7 to 10 March 2026
- All other customers: Services unavailable from 9 to 10 March 2026
- Port-in, port-out and request resubmissions will resume on 11 March 2026
