Here’s what you need to know about MyDigital ID in the CelcomDigi app.

1. What is MyDigital ID Single Sign-On (SSO) with CelcomDigi App?
With MyDigital ID, all CelcomDigi subscribers may opt to link their CelcomDigi app account to their MyDigital ID to manage their logins.

2. Who can use the MyDigital ID single sign on with CelcomDigi App?
All CelcomDigi customers with MyDigital ID may use MyDigital ID to login to CelcomDigi app.

3. For users with existing login link to Google or social account, can the login method be changed from google or social account to MyDigital ID?
No. Using the MyDigital ID login will create a new, separate account. However, users can still add any existing mobile lines previously linked to their Google or social account into the new account.
Please note that users will not be able to perform eKYC with the new account unless they have removed the original device binding. To find more information on how to remove the device binding, click here.

4. How can users without MyDigital ID perform a single sign on?
Without MyDigital ID, users may perform a single sign on with Google or social account. For more information, click here.

5. Can users see all the lines registered under their NRIC with CelcomDigi app with MyDigital ID single sign on
