1. What are the Mega Add-Ons available for Roaming?
Mega Add-Ons for roaming allows you to enjoy roaming usage with a discounted price for 12 months contract.

3. How does Mega Add-Ons for Roaming work?
This is a 12-month contract offer that provides a discounted roaming offer in the eligible countries listed above. Upon subscription, the roaming Internet quota will be refreshed and charged at the beginning of every billing cycle. Unused internet quota will be forfeited.
If the roaming internet quota is fully utilized before the next billing cycle, data access will be blocked. To continue using data, you may purchase any Roaming Pass.
4. How do I subscribe to Mega Add-Ons?
Subscription can be performed via CelcomDigi app.

5. How will I know if my Mega Add-Ons for Roaming is activated?
You’ll receive a successful activation notification once your subscription is active.
6. Can I still purchase a one-time Roaming Pass if I have subscribed to Mega Add-Ons for Roaming?
Yes. You can purchase a one-time Roaming Pass while your Mega Add-Ons are still active. The quota will be deducted from the one-time pass first, followed by the Mega Add-Ons quota.
7. How can I check my usage?
You can monitor your Mega Add-Ons usage anytime via the CelcomDigi app under the Usage section.
8. What happens if I want to terminate early or after 12 months?
Early termination or contract expiry follows the General Freedom Add-Ons & Mega Add-Ons Terms & Conditions. (Refer to the General Freedom Add-Ons/Mega Add-Ons FAQ for details on early termination fees and post-contract options.)
