1. What is the all new CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 Plan?
CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 offers unlimited Internet at uncapped speeds starting from RM120/month, free 5G phones, 50% on roaming passes, built-in security and entertainment benefits. Customers may choose any new CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 plan as their supplementary plan(s), with those supplementary lines receiving the same benefits as the corresponding principal line, excluding Pakej MegaJimat and Easy360. Customers may also enjoy up to 50% off on supplementary1 plans apart from access to the widest range of premium 5G devices.  

2. What is the download speed for each of the 5G Speed Tier under CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 Plan?

3. With this CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 plan launch, are you also going to discontinue the previous CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G plans?

Yes, all the previous CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G plans will be discontinued. We recommend you to sign-up the new CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 plans to enjoy the best value on your postpaid plan. The new CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 start from as low as RM45/month.

4. I subscribed to the CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G plan before the 5th of February 2026. Can I subscribe to the new devices on Pakej MegaJimat or Easy360?

No, you will need to upgrade your plan to the latest CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 plans to sign up for the latest devices.

5. What are the monthly plan fees and contract options?

The new CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 plans start from as low as RM45 to RM190 per month, with device contract, Freedom Add-Ons or Mega Add-Ons contract options. Please check the CelcomDigi Postpaid website for more information. 

6. How do I sign up for supplementary plans with the new CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 plans? 

With the introduction of the new 2026 Postpaid plan structure:

• You can now choose any new CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 plan for your supplementary line(s).
• Customers on the new CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 supplementary plans will enjoy all corresponding plan benefits except access to Pakej MegaJimat, Easy360 and additional supplementary lines.
• CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 principal plans that are eligible for supplementary line discounts, will enjoy up to 50% off on the supplementary plan monthly commitment fees. 
• Supplementary lines must be registered under an active CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 principal plan.

7. Do supplementary line subscribers enjoy the same benefits as principal line subscribers? 

Yes, all supplementary lines do share the same benefits as the principal lines of the same value; including 50% roaming discount, included security and entertainment, except for device contract benefits, which are available only to the principal line. Please check the CelcomDigi Postpaid website for more information. 

8. Which CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 plans can add supplementary lines, and which plans can be selected as supplementary lines?  

Only CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 80 2026 plans or higher can sign up for supplementary lines. Once you have an eligible, active principal plan, all CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 plans, including Postpaid SE can be added as supplementary lines, with applicable discounts.

9. I have just subscribed to a new GadgetSIM supplementary plan. Am I also eligible for the supplementary line discount benefit?

No, only CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 supplementary plans are eligible for the supplementary line discount benefit.  

10. I am an existing Digi Customer having the non-contract Roam Like Home offer. Will I continue to enjoy this offer if I change plans to CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 plan?

No, your previous plan benefits including Roam Like Home offer will discontinue if you change plans to CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 plan. In exchange, you will be able to enjoy 50% off any one-time off Roaming Passes e.g.3-Day Unlimited Roaming Pass for only RM24 (RRP: RM48) with CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 120 2026 and above plans. Please refer to these terms and conditions for full list of eligible roaming passes. 

11. Can I sign up for WatchSIM on my watch with CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 Plan?

Yes, you may sign up for a WatchSIM with CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 Plans. If you have an existing NUMBERshare or AirSIM subscription, you need to terminate the subscription and sign up for WatchSIM, then you can continue to enjoy the service with the new CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 plan.
