The contest offers customers a chance to win a Galaxy S25 (256GB) worth RM3,999 with the purchase of any Galaxy S25 series with Easy360 on CelcomDigi Postpaid 120 and above.

2. What is the contest duration?

The contest runs from 14th February 2025 to 11th May 2025.

3. How do I participate?

Simply purchase any Galaxy S25 series model with Easy360 on CelcomDigi Postpaid 120 and above, you are automatically eligible for the contest.
 

4. What do winners receive?

Winners will receive a Samsung Galaxy S25 (256GB) worth RM3,999.

5. Who is eligible?

• New registrations (including port-ins and prepaid-to-postpaid conversions).
• Existing customers without any device contract and no call bar.

8. I purchased the Galaxy S25 series on 14 February during the launch period. Am I eligible to participate?

Yes, if you purchased the device between 14 February 2025 and 11 May 2025, you are automatically eligible for the contest.

9. I am using the Postpaid 5G 120 plan and have bought the Galaxy S25 series device through outright purchase. Am I eligible?

No, outright purchases are not eligible for this contest. To participate, you must purchase the Galaxy S25 series with Easy360 on Postpaid 120 and above.
 

10. How are winners selected?

Every week, 25 winners will be selected from the list of eligible participants. A total of 300 winners will be chosen throughout the contest period.
 

11. How will I be notified if I win?

You will receive an SMS notification from CelcomDigi, followed by a phone call from +6017-8236316 or +6017-8236612. You must answer one (1) question correctly in order to qualify as a winner. 

12. How many attempts will be made to contact my number?

Your number will be contacted up to three times. If you cannot be reached within three working days from the first call, you will be disqualified.   

13. How will I receive my prize?

Prizes will be delivered to your verified address within 60 working days
 

14. Can I enter more than once?

Yes! Every eligible purchase of a Galaxy S25 series with Easy360 on Postpaid 120 and above gives you a chance to win.

15. If I win, can I participate again?

No, each customer can only win one Galaxy S25 throughout the contest duration.
