How to switch my Prepaid plan to Postpaid plan?

Switch from Prepaid plan to Postpaid plan

You can request to switch from a Prepaid plan to a Postpaid plan at the following locations:

• CelcomDigi Store

Before submitting the request, please ensure that

• Your Prepaid account is active
• The request must be made by the registered owner (18 years or older)
• You must be present at the store with your NRIC/Passport

Charges

Note: If you are a Celcom subscriber, the advance payment will be waived if you opt for a Device Bundle.

Additional Information

• The new activation date will take effect once your line is successfully transferred.
• Your Postpaid tenure will be reset.
• A maximum of RM100 prepaid credit balance will be transferred to your Postpaid account.
