How to switch my Prepaid plan to Postpaid plan?

Switch from Prepaid plan to Postpaid plan
You can request to switch from a Prepaid plan to a Postpaid plan at the following locations:
Before submitting the request, please ensure that
- Your Prepaid account is active
- The request must be made by the registered owner (18 years or older)
- You must be present at the store with your NRIC/Passport
Charges
Tenure | Charges |
<6 months | Advance payment will be charged |
>6 months | Advance payment will be waived in your next bill |
Note: If you are a Celcom subscriber, the advance payment will be waived if you opt for a Device Bundle.Additional Information
- The new activation date will take effect once your line is successfully transferred.
- Your Postpaid tenure will be reset.
- A maximum of RM100 prepaid credit balance will be transferred to your Postpaid account.
