1. When can customers place a pre-order? 
 HONOR Magic V6 5G on Easy360 will be available for pre-order from 8:00 p.m. on 4th June 2026 until 11:59 p.m. on 11th June 2026 via the CelcomDigi website, while stocks last.

 

2. What are the benefits of signing up during the pre-order period?

The HONOR Magic V6 5G is available for pre-order from CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 100 2026 plan. Selected CelcomDigi plans include an exclusive pre-order bundle as detailed in the table below (while stocks last).

3. Who is eligible to pre-order? 

  • All customers with new registration (including port-ins and prepaid-to-postpaid conversions).
  • Existing customers without any contract and no call bar.

 

4. Can a customer with an existing contract opt for this plan?
No, a customer with an existing contract is not eligible for this plan.

 

5. How to pre-order?

Step 1: Log on to the CelcomDigi website

Step 2: Select the preferred plan, device model and freebies

Step 3: Make upfront payment (subject to eligibility).

 

6. When will the customers receive the device? 
Devices will be delivered starting from 12th June 2026.


7. If I am eligible for the FREE Skyworth 32” Google TV, will it be delivered together with my device?

No. The Skyworth 32” Google TV and the HONOR Magic V6 device will be delivered separately.

 

8. How long will it take to receive the Skyworth 32” Google TV?

  • The Skyworth 32” Google TV will be delivered within thirty (30) working days upon successful order placement.
  • You will receive a delivery tracking code via WhatsApp from CelcomDigi (0163338888) within ten (10) working days from the order date.

 

9. Does the TV come with a warranty?

Yes, the TV comes with a 1-year warranty provided by Skyworth. For warranty claims, customers may contact Skyworth Customer Care via:

2. How do I sign up for the PhoneCARE "Swap & Replace" plan?

When pre-ordering, select “PhoneCARE (Swap & Replace)" offer.

3. I already have an existing PhoneCARE plan. Am I still eligible for the PhoneCARE "Swap & Replace" PWP offer? 

Yes, you are eligible. Your existing PhoneCARE plan will be terminated and replaced with this new one. All you have to do is Choose the "PhoneCARE Swap & Replace" option.

 

4. What if I prefer the PhoneCARE "Swap" plan? 

You may opt to subscribe to the PhoneCARE Swap only plan; however, it is not part of the PhoneCARE PWP.

 

5. When will my PhoneCARE plan be activated?

Your PhoneCARE plan will be activated within 6 days of receiving your new device.

  • If your device gets accidentally damaged during this period, don't worry – you're still eligible to make a claim on the SR Portal.
  • If you're switching from an existing PhoneCARE plan, the new plan will also take up to 6 days to activate after termination.
