6. How many times am I eligible for the EXTRA 30GB (5G+4G) quota? 

The FREE 30GB (5G+4G) quota is limited to one redemption per day per customer. 

Note: A subscriber can only be entitled to one (1) EXTRA 30GB (5G+4G) quota redemption per day throughout the campaign period. Singular/ multiple purchases of eligible Internet Pass throughout the campaign period will only be granted after the campaign period has ended.


7. How can I get the EXTRA 30GB (5G+4G) quota?

The FREE 30GB (5G+4G) quota will be provisioned within four (4) business days after the campaign period has ended.

 

8. What happens to the unused EXTRA 30GB (5G+4G) quota?

Any unused FREE 30GB quota will be forfeited upon expiry.

 

9. When exactly does my EXTRA 30GB (5G+4G) quota expire?

The FREE 30GB (5G+4G) quota will be valid until 11:59 p.m. on the 7th day prior to the successful provisioned. 

 

10. Is 5G access applicable on the EXTRA 30GB (5G+4G) quota?

Yes, the 5G access will be applied to the base quota of the monthly Internet pass and the extra 30GB quota. To access to 5G please ensure your device is 5G compatible and your location is within 5G coverage. If 5G is not available in your area, the quota will run on 4G. 

 

11. Can I opt out of 5G Access from the EXTRA 30GB (5G+4G) quota before the 7 days expiry?

No, customers are not able to opt out of the EXTRA 30GB (5G+4G) quota. If the 5G experience at your location is unsatisfactory, you may turn off the 5G connection via phone settings and still enjoy the extra 30GB on 4G.

 

12. Can I opt out of 5G access from the EXTRA 30GB (5G+4G) quota before the 7 days expiry?

No, customers are not able to opt out of the FREE 30GB (5G+4G quota. If the 5G experience at your location is unsatisfactory, you may turn off the 5G connection via phone settings and still enjoy the extra 30GB on 4G.


13. How do I track my Internet pass?

You can track and manage your account via the Celcom Life/ MyDigi app.

7. Is auto renewal available for this Special Mobile Internet Pass? 

No. This is a one-time purchase Special Mobile Internet Pass. 

 

8. Can I use this Special Mobile Internet Pass while roaming? 

No. It is only applicable for domestic use only (within Malaysia). Internet usage while roaming is chargeable on top of your monthly commitment at roaming charges.
