Convert via Online Store and follow the instructions above to scan QR or enter an activation code manually.
1. Where can I find the activation code?
The activation code will be sent to your registered email after your request for eSIM activation is approved.
2. What should I do if the eSIM doesn’t activate immediately?
- Make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data
- Restart your phone
- Try scanning the QR or entering the code again

3. Can I use the same QR code more than once?
No, each QR code or activation code is typically valid for one-time use only. If you need to re-activate your eSIM on a new device, you may need a new code.
