1. What is Vision+?

Vision+ is an Indonesian over-the-top video streaming service owned by MNC Group, the largest media group in Southeast Asia. Vision+ service's content consists of video on demand contents (original titles, TV dramas and shows, films), free-to-air and premium channels (including international channels).

 

2. What is Vision+ via StreamMORE?

Vision+ via StreamMORE is a streaming service that gives you access to Vision+ content, with the subscription conveniently billed to your monthly CelcomDigi Postpaid account. Each subscription also includes a bonus high-speed 4G & 5G quota of 5GB.

Vision+ with StreamMORE will be charged based on 30 days cycle. On the 31st day of subscription, auto-renewal will be triggered. Please take note once this renewal happens, charging will happen concurrently.

9. How do I subscribe to Vision+ via CelcomDigi StreamMORE? 

Subscription can be performed via Celcom Life/ MyDigi app:

10. Will there be any notification after successfully subscribing? 

Yes, you will receive a Welcome SMS upon successful subscription and a separate SMS on log in detail for Vision+ access. The SMS will be sent to the principal mobile number.

 

If you did not receive any notification SMS with the link to access Vision+, you may still attempt to login to Vision+ application. If you are still unable to login, do visit our CelcomDigi Help Centre.

 

11. I did not receive the OTP on my mobile phone to activate my Vision+ access. What should I do?

Kindly ensure you're using the same CelcomDigi mobile number used during subscription — the OTP will only be sent to that number. If you still need help, please visit the CelcomDigi Help Centre. 

 

12. Upon successful activation, how do I log in to Vision+?

You can login using the OTP sent to your CelcomDigi mobile number. 

 

On your desktop browser :

Step 1: Go to Vision+ webpage and select ‘Login/Register’

Step 2: Select ‘Continue with OTP’.

Step 3: Ensure the country prefix is Malaysia (+60). Enter your mobile number and password to login (the same number you used to purchase the subscription).

Step 4: Agree to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Supplemental Privacy Policy for Malaysia by clicking the button below.

Step 5: Enter the 4-digit OTP received through SMS.

Step 6: Enter your email address and verify it with the OTP sent to your email (this step may be skipped). 

Step 7: Choose the content rating for your Profile.

Step 8: Select your preferred content language.

Step 9: Start Streaming!


On your iOS / Android mobile app:

Step 1: Download the Vision+ application from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Step 2: Open the app and click ‘Log In’.

Step 3: Select ‘Continue with OTP’.

Step 4: Ensure the country prefix is Malaysia (+60). Enter your mobile number and password to login (the same number you used to purchase the subscription).

Step 5: Agree to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Supplemental Privacy Policy for Malaysia by clicking the button below.

Step 6: Enter the 4-digit OTP received through SMS.

Step 7: Choose the content rating for your Profile.

Step 8: Select your preferred content language.

Step 9: Start Streaming!


On your Living Room Devices:

Step 1: Open Vision+ app on your Living Room Device

Step 2: Click on ‘Agree and Continue’ and ‘Log In’.

Step 3: Scan the QR displayed on screen using your mobile device.

Step 4: Login with the steps above (iOS/Android mobile app).

Step 5: You are now logged in to your Living room device.


13. I subscribed to Vision+ via StreamMORE. Will my access and bonus high-speed quota be renewed automatically?

The monthly quota will renew on the 31st day of subscription. Please take note once this renewal happens, charging of the StreamMORE subscription will happen concurrently.

Vision+’s access validity will renew after the previous subscription ended.

 

14. I subscribed to Vision+ with StreamMORE. When will the subscription auto-renew?

15. Can I cancel my Vision+ via StreamMORE subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel anytime via the Celcom Life or MyDigi app. There will be no pro-rated refund, and you’ll continue to enjoy:

  • the quota until the end of your current billing cycle;
  • Vision+ access till the end of your 30-day monthly subscription period.

16. I am currently subscribed to Vision+ with StreamMORE. Can I do multiple subscriptions on the same add on?

No, multiple purchases or subscriptions of the same service under StreamMORE is not allowed. 

 

17. What happens if I terminate my postpaid line?

If you terminate your postpaid line, you will not be able to access Vision+ with immediate effect. There will be no pro-ration of charges, with full charges imposed.

 

18. I have an existing Vision+ direct billed subscription purchased via various payment channels (operator billing/ banking card). Can I still subscribe to CelcomDigi’s Vision+ with StreamMORE using the same mobile number?

Please take note, if both subscriptions are active, both will be charged concurrently. To avoid this, you will need to ensure the desired subscription remains active and perform cancellation on the other subscription.

 

19. Can I use my Vision+ with StreamMORE subscription on other devices?

Yes, you can login on other compatible devices via the CelcomDigi mobile number used during subscription.

 

20. Can I use the bonus quota that comes with my Vision+ under StreamMORE while on roaming? 

No. The quota is applicable for domestic use only (within Malaysia).

 

21. Is Vision+ with StreamMORE charged based on 30 days cycle?

Yes, Vision+ with StreamMORE is charged based on 30 days cycle and will auto- renew at subscription time on the 31st day of subscription. Please take note once this renewal happens, charging of the services under StreamMORE will happen concurrently.

 

22. In the event that the current subscription and subsequent renewal falls into same postpaid billing cycle, both StreamMORE transactions will be billed in the same postpaid bill.

Subscriber initially purchased Vision+ with StreamMORE on 28th July 2025, and subsequently auto renewed on 27 August 2025. In postpaid bill dated 28th August 2025, subscriber will see both transactions captured in the same bill.

 

23. My postpaid line is barred/ suspended. What will happen to my CelcomDigi Vision+ with StreamMORE? 

You will not be able to access/ utilize your CelcomDigi Vision+ service with StreamMORE with immediate effect. 

 

24. My postpaid line is barred/ suspended. What will happen to my Vision+ with StreamMORE due for renewal? 

The Vision+ service under StreamMORE will be automatically unsubscribed, and you will be required to resubscribe again to enjoy the service. 

 

25. Can I transfer my CelcomDigi Vision+ with StreamMORE benefit from one mobile number to another mobile number?

No. The access/ benefit is not transferrable to another mobile number.

 

26. I have initiated Vision+ account deletion. Can I undo the account deletion?

Unfortunately, no. You will need to resubscribe to Vision+ with StreamMORE.

28. What are the terms of my access to Vision+?

By subscribing to Vision+, in each case irrespective of whether you log in or complete the registration process for Vision+, the customer (you) further agree and confirm that he/ she has (you have) read, understood, accepted and agreed to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
