General

1. What is StreamMORE Asian Bundle?

StreamMORE Asian Bundle is an add-on for CelcomDigi Prepaid customers that gives you access to multiple Asian streaming services in one subscription, along with extra Internet.

 

2. What is included in StreamMORE Asian Bundle?

The bundle includes:

  • iQIYI (Standard VIP) 
  • Viu (Premium) 
  • Vision+ (Premium) 
  • 5GB monthly internet quota 

 

3. Who can subscribe to this bundle?

The StreamMORE bundle is available to all eligible CelcomDigi Prepaid customers, except customers with Power+ 55 subscriptions as it comes with Viu. 

 

Customers may still subscribe to other StreamMORE bundles or services as long as there is no overlapping streaming service.

 

4. What access do I get with the streaming services?

You will enjoy access across all included streaming services as detailed below:

Subscription

5. How do I subscribe?

You can subscribe via:

  • CelcomDigi App 
  • CelcomDigi website 
  • CelcomDigi stores 

 

6. Can I buy more than one StreamMORE Bundle? 

Yes, you can subscribe to more than one StreamMORE bundle as long as the streaming services do not overlap.

 

If there is an overlapping streaming service, your existing subscription will be replaced immediately by the new bundle, and no refund will be provided for any unused period.

 

Example:

  • If you subscribe to the StreamMORE Asian Bundle while subscribed to the StreamMORE Sports Bundle, your existing bundle will be replaced as both bundles include Viu and iQIYI.
  • If you subscribe to StreamMORE Asian Bundle while subscribed to the StreamMORE Viu, your existing StreamMORE Viu will be replaced with StreamMORE Asian Bundle.

 

7. I already subscribed to SpeedSTREAM or Power+. Can I still subscribe to the StreamMORE Bundle?

  • SpeedSTREAM customers may still subscribe to StreamMORE bundles. However, if there is an overlapping streaming service, the existing SpeedSTREAM entitlement will be terminated and replaced by the StreamMORE bundle. Any existing benefits under the SpeedSTREAM subscription, including unlimited streaming or bundled data entitlement, will also be removed.
  • Power+ customers are not eligible to subscribe to StreamMORE bundles with overlapping streaming services included in their current Power+ subscription.

 

8. Will I be notified before the change is made?

Yes, you will be shown a confirmation message before proceeding with any subscription or bundle change.

 

9. What is the validity?

The bundle is valid for 30 days from the time of subscription.

 

10. What happens if my internet quota is used up?

Once your quota is fully used, usage will continue from your Prepaid data plan if available.

 

11. Is this an auto-renew subscription?

Yes, the bundle will automatically renew every 30 days unless cancelled.

 

12. When will I be charged?

  • Charges are billed upon subscription 
  • Recurring charges apply every 30 days 

 

Activation

13. How do I activate each streaming service?

After successful subscription, you will receive activation notifications via SMS and Push Notification in the CelcomDigi App of the successful transaction. To start watching:

  • Go to Lifestyle → My Subscriptions
  • Select the respective StreamMORE Bundle
  • Click the “Access Via” link to activate all your streaming services respectively

 

Important Note:

Customers are required to use the same mobile number used for subscription during activation and login.

 

14. When can I start watching?

You can start watching immediately after successful activation.

 

Manage Your Subscription

15. How do I cancel or unsubscribe the Asian Bundle?

You can cancel via: CelcomDigi App → My Subscriptions → Select Asian Bundle → Unsubscribe

 

16. Can I cancel or unsubscribe individual streaming services within the bundle?

No, the bundle must be cancelled as a whole. Individual streaming services cannot be cancelled separately.

 

17. Where can I perform the cancellation or unsubscribe to the bundle?

Cancellation or unsubscribing can only be done via the CelcomDigi App and cannot be performed through the streaming service providers. 

 

18. What happens after cancellation or unsubscribe?

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied after that.


Important Notes:

  • Multiple StreamMORE Add-Ons (singles or bundles) are allowed as long as the streaming services do not overlap 
  • Bundles with overlapping streaming services will replace the existing subscription immediately 
  • Individual streaming services cannot be managed separately 
  • All subscription changes must be performed via the CelcomDigi App
