1. What is the purpose of the e-Invoice portal?  

This portal allows CelcomDigi customers to view, download, and manage their e-Invoices conveniently.  


2. Do I need to register an account to get my e-invoices? 

Yes, you must register (one-time only) for an account on the e-Invoice portal to get your e-Invoices. This ensures secure access to your transaction records. 


3. What should I do if I forgot my username or password? 

Click on the "Forgot username” or “Forgot password" link on the login page and follow the instructions given. 


4. What information am I required to provide to get my e-Invoice from CelcomDigi? 

The following information is required: 

  • Invoice Number 
  • Invoice Amount
  • Invoice Date
  • Full Name (as per NRIC) 
  • E-mail Address 
  • Mobile Number 
  • ID Type (NRIC / BRN) 
  • ID 
  • Tax Identification Number (TIN) 

 

5. Where can I get my Tax Identification Number (TIN)? 

You can retrieve your TIN number in MyTax Portal at https://mytax.hasil.gov.my/  


6. I am unable to login/access the e-Invoice Portal. What do I do?
