In compliance with Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) regulations, all customer data must be valid according to Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara (JPN) records.
Your line has been suspended because the information provided does not match official records, and the required update was not completed within the given deadline. Please be informed that your line will be terminated within 20 days from the date of suspension if the issue remains unresolved. Once terminated, the line cannot be restored.
