FAQ: CelcomDigi Prepaid 5G Kuning Auto-Renewal

1. What is the Auto-Renewal feature?

  • Auto-Renewal provides customers with ease of mind and continual connectivity without having to manually subscribe to an Internet Pass again to enjoy service. 
  • CelcomDigi Prepaid 5G Kuning Monthly Internet Plans auto-recurring Internet plan subscriptions are due to expire and renew automatically at 00:00 hour on day 30 which is counted from the date of subscription. Auto renewal will only happen when the prepaid line has sufficient airtime credit balance. 
  • Internet validity, account validity, and Internet quota will be refreshed upon successful renewal and airtime credit balance will be automatically deducted by the same amount equivalent to the monthly fee of your selected monthly auto-recurring subscription. 
  • Failing to renew, the monthly auto-recurring subscription will be suspended until the airtime credit balance is reloaded with sufficient balance for automatic renewal.

 

2. Which Internet Plans has Auto-renewal feature on CD Prepaid 5G Kuning?
All Monthly Internet Plans on CD Prepaid 5G Kuning comes with auto-renewal.

3. If I subscribe to multiple of these eligible MI passes of new auto-renewal, which one will be renewed? 

If you subscribe to the second subscription of the eligible MI pass, your first MI pass will be removed but the validity will remain until it expires. The auto renewal will be based on the latest MI pass subscription. 

 

4. Can I unsubscribe my Monthly Internet pass?

You may unsubscribe your Monthly Internet pass by dialing *118*2*5# or via MyDigi App. However, all your remaining Monthly Internet pass validity and remaining quota will be forfeited upon successful unsubscription.
