How to manage my auto-billing?

Signing Up
You can register for auto billing via CelcomDigi app or walk-in to any CelcomDigi Store nationwide with your NRIC/ passport and your credit/ debit card.
By registering, you authorise CelcomDigi to automatically debit the bill amount from your credit/debit card account. Your credit/ debit card will be charged only on the 5th day after your monthly bill is generated so that customers can clarify any charges imposed prior to being auto billed.
To sign-up via app, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Add a credit/ debit card to your account. Read here on how to add a bank card to CelcomDigi app account.
Step 2: Enable auto billing. In CelcomDigi app homepage > Click on Bill Management > Click Auto Billing > Toggle button right to activate auto billing.
Disable Auto Billing
In CelcomDigi app homepage > Click on Bill Management > Click Auto Billing > Toggle button left to stop auto billing.
Note: If you are an auto billing subscriber with any device contract, you are not allowed to disable auto billing. Once the contract period has ended, you may proceed to disable auto billing option.
