How to manage my auto-billing?

Signing Up
You can register for auto billing via Celcom Life/ MyDigi app or walk-in to any Celcom bluecube/ Digi Store nationwide with your NRIC/ passport and your credit/ debit card.
By registering, you authorise CelcomDigi to automatically debit the bill amount from your credit/debit card account. Your credit/ debit card will be charged only on the 5th day after your monthly bill is generated so that customers can clarify any charges imposed prior to being auto billed.
To sign-up via app, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Add a credit/ debit card to your account
- Celcom Life:
Open the app > Usage > Manage Cards > Input your credit/debit card details > Register
- MyDigi:
Open the app > Settings > My Payment > Add Your Card > Input your credit/debit card details > Add Card
Note: If you need to change or remove the credit/ debit card for auto billing, please follow the same steps mentioned above.
Step 2: Enable auto billing
- Celcom Life:
Open Celcom Life app > Usage > Auto Billing > Toggle on 'Auto Billing'
- MyDigi:
Open MyDigi app > Settings > My Payment > Toggle on 'Set as Auto Billing'
Disable Auto Billing
- Celcom:
Please contact customer service or visit the nearest Celcom bluecube to disable auto billing.
- Digi:
Open MyDigi app > Settings > My Payment > Tap on the card you want to disable auto billing > Toggle off 'Set as Auto Billing'
Note: If you are an auto billing subscriber with any device contract, you are not allowed to disable auto billing. Once the contract period has ended, you may proceed to disable auto billing option.
