Why am I unable to receive OTP/TAC after switching (porting in) to CelcomDigi?

Please note that it may take 24 to 48 hours for OTP/ TAC services to be updated after your switch is successful. You may also contact your respective banks to update your mobile number as you have switch to a new service provider.
