3. Is auto renewal available for the Speed Add-On? 
Auto renewal is not available for all Speed Add-On options. 

4. Can I subscribe to Speed Add-On without an Internet plan? 
No. The Speed Add-On is only applicable with an active Unlimited Pass weekly or monthly. 

5. What is the FUP for the Speed Add-On? 
The Speed Add-On with up to 6Mbps comes with a Fair Usage Policy (FUP). Upon reaching the FUP limits, you will be surfing at an actual speed of up to 3Mbps until the pass expires. 

• 4GB for Speed Add-On1 Hour 
• 24GB for Speed Add-On 6 Hours 
• 28GB for Speed Add-On from 1:00 A.M. - 8:00 A.M. 
• 40GB for Speed Add-On from 8:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. 
• 100GB for Speed Add-On follows the Internet Pass validity. 

6. What is the validity pertaining to Speed Add-On RM10? 
If you subscribe to Speed Add-On RM10, your Speed Add-On validity will follow the remaining validity of the Unlimited Pass Weekly or Unlimited Pass Monthly. 

• On 1st January, you subscribe to Unlimited Internet RM12 Weekly Internet pass which is valid until 7th January. If you also add the Speed Add-On RM10 on 1st January, it will sync with the remaining validity of your RM12 Weekly Internet pass until 7th January. 
• On 1st January, you subscribe to Unlimited Internet RM35 Monthly Internet pass which is valid until 30th January. If you add the Speed Add-On RM10 on 4th January, it will follow the remaining validity of your RM35 Monthly Internet pass from until 30th January.
