Step 1: Dial *118# 

Step 2: Press 3 'Other Add Ons'

Step 3: Press 1 'Video Walla'

        Press 1 Video Walla RM 2- Daily 3GB

        Press 2 Video Walla RM7 – Weekly 10GB

        Press 3 Video Walla RM20 - Monthly 15GB + 1month Iflix access

Step 4: Press 1 'Confirm'.

Unsubscribe to Video Walla

For postpaid subscribers, there is no auto-renewal for this add-on. For prepaid customers, you can unsubscribe via these available channels:

Step 1: Go the CelcomDigi app, and click the 'My Plan' tab

Step 2: Under the 'My Plan' page, click 'Internet Subscription'

Step 3: Select the QTU you want to stop auto-renewal for and toggle it off

Step 4: Confirm the unsubscription.

Step 2: Choose 'Other Add Ons'‍

‍Step 3: Choose 'Video Walla'

Step 4: Select 'STOP Auto-Renewal' (weekly/ monthly) and confirm your action‍
