1. What is the CelcomDigi Mega Gegar 20 Juta Contest?

The CelcomDigi Mega Gegar 20 Juta Contest is your opportunity to win exciting prizes worth up to RM20 million! Simply complete an eligible transaction during the contest period and follow the contest mechanics for your opportunity to win. For full details, please refer to the Contest Terms and Conditions.

2. What is the campaign period for the CelcomDigi Mega Gegar 20 Juta Contest?

The contest runs from 23 July to 30 September 2026. Just ensure you complete your eligible transactions during this contest period to be in the running for the prizes.

3. Who can participate in the CelcomDigi Mega Gegar 20 Juta Contest?

All Malaysian CelcomDigi subscribers who:

• are at least 18 years old;
• complete at least 1 qualifying transaction during the contest period;
• do not have any overdue payment with CelcomDigi; and
• meet the eligibility requirements set out in the Contest Terms and Conditions.

4. What if I have outstanding payments on my CelcomDigi account?

To remain eligible, your CelcomDigi account must be active and in good standing. Customers with overdue payments, suspended, barred or terminated accounts, or who do not meet the eligibility requirements will not qualify for the contest.

5. How do I participate in the contest?

Step 1: Make a qualifying transaction during the contest period

Step 2: Download, install and log in to the CelcomDigi app using the mobile number you used for your qualifying transaction

Step 3: Ensure you have no overdue payments with CelcomDigi

Step 4: Check your SMS from 22228MYCD to see if you’ve been selected to participate. We’ll let you know your cycle and designated drop time to answer the qualifying question(s)

Step 5: Correctly answer qualifying question(s) in the CelcomDigi app within the response window

Step 6: The fastest participants with the correct answer(s) win!

6. How do the transaction period and contest cycles work?

Each cycle has its own qualifying transaction period. Simply make a qualifying transaction during the applicable period to be eligible for the cycle:  

7. What qualifying transactions make me eligible to participate in the Contest? 

You can qualify for the contest by completing any eligible transaction from the CelcomDigi Mega Gegar 20 Juta Nationwide Sale and/or the following transactions:

• CelcomDigi Prepaid: New registration, MNP or plan upgrade to an eligible prepaid mobile internet offer with a minimum transaction value of RM30, excluding renewals.
• CelcomDigi Postpaid & CelcomDigi One: New registration, MNP, conversion from prepaid to postpaid or plan upgrade to an eligible CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 or CelcomDigi One 2026 plan with a minimum monthly commitment fee of RM50.
• Device and Service Contract: New subscription or activation of an Easy360 device contract, Pakej MegaJimat device contract, Freedom Add-Ons or Mega Add-Ons.
• Other Service Add-Ons and Value-Added Services: New purchase of internet passes, one-time roaming pass, entertainment, security or PhoneCARE subscriptions with a minimum transaction value of RM20.

8. What prizes can I win and how often can I win them?

9. Can I participate or win multiple times?

Each eligible participant may only win 1 prize across Cycles 1 to 4. Grand Finale Cycle 5 shall include all eligible participants and contest winners from Cycles 1 to 4.

10. How are winners selected?

Potential winners are selected based on:

• Correctly answering the question(s) posed by CelcomDigi;
• Submitting the correct answer within the stipulated time.

The fastest correct responses will receive the highest rankings and stand the best opportunity of wining the available prizes for the applicable cycle. 

11. How long will it take to receive my prize?

All prizes will be fulfilled at the end of the contest period, no later than 31 October 2026.
