FAQ: KL Headline Season 2026 (Live Nation)

1. What is the KL Headline Season concert contest?

The KL Headline Season concert contest is a special collaboration between Live Nation and CelcomDigi where eligible customers stand a chance to win two (2) Live Nation concert tickets to concerts happening under the KL Headline Season calendar.

2. When is the contest period?

This contest runs from 17 August 2026 to 18 October 2026 and will be conducted over three (3) cycles. Each cycle has its own qualifying transaction period. 

To participate, simply complete an eligible transaction and submit your contest entry during the qualifying transaction period for the cycle you wish to participate in.

3. Which concerts can I win tickets to?

Eligible participants stand a chance to win two (2) Live Nation concert tickets to one of the following concerts:

• Post Malone: 27 September 2026, TM Stadium Nasional; or
• LANY: 1 November 2026, Unifi Arena; or
• The Weeknd: 4 – 5 November 2026, TM Stadium Nasional; or
• BABYMONSTER: 14 November 2026, Unifi Arena; or
• Wave to Earth: 22 November 2026, Idea Live Arena; or
• FKJ: 1 December 2026, Zepp KL; or
• Khalid: 9 December 2026, Idea Live Arena; or
• BTS: 12 – 13 December 2026, TM Stadium Nasional

*Concert ticket prizes are subject to ticket availability.

4. How do I participate in the contest?

Step 1: Complete a qualifying transaction

Spend RM20 or more on any eligible CelcomDigi plans and complete any one of the following eligible transactions during the qualifying transaction period for the cycle you wish to participate in:

• CelcomDigi Prepaid: New registration, port-in or plan upgrade to an eligible CelcomDigi Prepaid Mobile Internet offer with a minimum transaction value of RM30, excluding renewals.
• CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G and CelcomDigi One 2026: New registration, port-in, conversion from prepaid to postpaid or plan upgrade to an eligible CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 or CelcomDigi One 2026 plan with a minimum monthly commitment fee of RM50.
• Device and Service Contract: New subscription or activation of an Easy360 device contract, Pakej MegaJimat device contract, Freedom Add-Ons or Mega Add-Ons.
• Other Service Add-Ons and Value-Added Services: New purchase of internet passes, one-time roaming pass, entertainment, security or PhoneCARE subscriptions with a minimum transaction value of RM20. 

Step 2: Submit your contest entry

After completing an eligible transaction, submit your contest entry via celcomdigi.com/livenationmy.

Important:
•  The mobile number submitted in your contest entry must be the same mobile number used to complete the eligible transaction.
•  Be sure to submit your entry during the qualifying transaction period for the cycle you wish to participate in.

5. How will I know if I am eligible?

Eligible participants who successfully completed any one of the eligible transactions and submitted their contest entry will receive a WhatsApp message from CelcomDigi after each respective cycle ends.

6. What should I do after receiving the WhatsApp message?

Simply select the correct answer to the question in the WhatsApp message to qualify for a chance to win the concert tickets.

7. What if I accidentally selected the wrong answer on the WhatsApp message?

Once your answer has been submitted, you will not be able to amend or change your response. Please ensure you select the correct answer before submitting.

8. How are winners selected?

Shortlisted winners will be selected based on:

• Successful completion of an eligible transaction during the qualifying transaction period and submission of contest entry at the celcomdigi.com/livenationmy website; and
• Selecting the correct answer to the question in the WhatsApp message, based on first-come, first-served basis, subject to ticket availability.

9. Can I participate or win multiple times?

Each eligible participant may only win 1 concert ticket prize per cycle.

10. When will I know if I have been selected as a contest winner?

If you are selected as a contest winner, you will receive a phone call from 010-2011423 (official CelcomDigi representative) after each cycle ends. Three (3) phone call attempts will be made. If the shortlisted winner does not answer upon the third call attempt, the two (2) Live Nation concert tickets will be forfeited.

11. How do I redeem my concert tickets?

Depending on the concert prize, you may either:

• Collect your tickets in person at a selected CelcomDigi Store; or
• Receive your tickets via an email from CelcomDigi

For physical ticket collection, you will receive the collection details via phone call and WhatsApp. You must collect the tickets at the specified date, time and location given.

For email delivery, please ensure that you provide a valid email address in the contest entry form.

12. For physical ticket collection, can someone else collect the concert tickets on my behalf?

No. The contest winner must personally collect the concert tickets at the selected CelcomDigi Store.

For verification and ticket redemption, the winner must present:

• The WhatsApp confirmation message; and
• The CelcomDigi app on their mobile device for verification.

13. Can I transfer or exchange the concert tickets?

No. Concert tickets are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
