1. What is the Pakej MegaJimat with SPayLater campaign?

This is an exclusive collaboration between CelcomDigi and SPayLater that lets eligible customers purchase selected CelcomDigi device bundles via Pakej MegaJimat with 0% instalments for 6 months, when paying with SPayLater through ShopeePay on www.celcomdigi.com.


2. What is the campaign period?

The promotion runs from 15 July 2026 to 31 December 2026, exclusively on www.celcomdigi.com.


3. Who is eligible for this offer?

  • CelcomDigi postpaid customers purchasing an eligible device bundle via Pakej MegaJimat during the campaign period.
  • Customers with an active Shopee account.
  • Customers who are eligible for SPayLater and pass SPayLater's credit assessment, or existing SPayLater customers. Final approval is solely determined by SPayLater.


4. Which devices are eligible?

All CelcomDigi device bundles with a minimum of RM400 total upfront (device price + upfront payment) purchased via Pakej MegaJimat are eligible. 

 

5. How do I get the 0% instalment?

Step 1: Select your preferred device on www.celcomdigi.com

Step 2: Choose Pakej MegaJimat as your purchase option

Step 3: At checkout, select e-Wallet > ShopeePay as your payment method

Step 4: Scan the QR code, complete the payment in the Shopee app, and select the 6-month instalment option.

 

6. Do I need to pay anything upfront on the day of purchase?

No. Both the device price and the upfront payment are split equally into 6 monthly instalments under SPayLater.


7. Are there any additional charges or fees?

No additional is charged throughout the 6-month instalment period during the campaign, and no additional financing charges apply (SPayLater's standard rate of 1.5% per month does not apply to this campaign).


8. How do I make my monthly repayments?

Monthly repayments are managed through the Shopee/ SPayLater platform, following SPayLater's billing and payment process. You can view your payment schedule and due dates in the Shopee or SPayLater app.


9. Will my instalment appear on my CelcomDigi bill?

No. Your SPayLater instalment is entirely separate from your CelcomDigi bill. Your monthly CelcomDigi plan charges will continue to be billed as usual.

 

10. What happens if I miss an instalment payment?

Any late payment charges, penalties, or account actions are governed by SPayLater's terms and conditions. Please refer to the Shopee app or contact Shopee customer support for assistance.


11. What if I am not approved for SPayLater or my limit is insufficient?

SPayLater eligibility, approval, and credit limits are solely determined by Shopee, and CelcomDigi is unable to influence or appeal the outcome. You may complete your purchase using another available payment method.


12. Can I sign up for this promotion at a CelcomDigi Store or via the CelcomDigi app?

No. This promotion is available exclusively on www.celcomdigi.com.
