1. What is a CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 contract?

It’s an agreement between you and CelcomDigi for a fixed commitment period that lets you enjoy exclusive benefits like discounted devices or add-ons. 

2. What types of contracts are available for CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 plans?

Supplementary lines enjoy the same plan and contract benefits as the principal line, except for device contract benefits, which are only available to the principal line.  

3. What is the minimum contract period?

The contract period varies depending on the offer:

• Device Contracts 
  • Easy360: 24 / 36 months
  • Pakej MegaJimat: 12 / 24 months
• Service Contract (Freedom Add-Ons / Mega Add-Ons): 12 months 

The exact duration will be stated in your subscription agreement or offer details. 

4. How many CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 contracts can I sign up for? 

Each mobile line (MSISDN) is only eligible for one contract at a time - either a device contract or a service contract. 

5. Can I have both a Device Contract and a Service Contract at the same time then?

Yes, you can hold multiple contracts simultaneously if each contract is tied to a different mobile line under your NRIC. Each line (MSISDN) can only have one active contract at a time. 

6. I am currently on a contract with my current plan. Can I change my plan to the new CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 Plan?

Yes, you can. But it depends on the plan you’re switching to:

• If you change or upgrade to a plan with an identical or higher monthly fee, your existing contract will continue with no early termination fee.
• If you downgrade to a plan with a lower monthly fee, you’ll be charged an early termination fee based on your current contract. 

Example:

• If you’re currently on CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 100, Digi Postpaid 90 or Celcom Mega 98 and you switch to CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 120, no early termination fee applies. 
• But if you switch to CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 80, an early termination fee will be charged.
