FAQ: KL Headline Season 2026 (Live Nation)

1. Which concerts do I stand a chance to win tickets to?

Eligible participants will stand a chance to win two (2) Live Nation concert tickets to the concert happening on either:

  • Concert 1: 7 or 8 Aug 2026 (Unifi Arena); or
  • Concert 2: 26 Aug 2026 (Idea Live Arena)


Refer to the KL Headline Season calendar for the full concert lineup.

2. If I would like to stand a chance to win tickets to other concerts (e.g. concert happening on 4 November 2026), what should I do to qualify?

Follow CelcomDigi’s official social media pages at @celcomdigi for the latest updates and announcements on future concert contests.

 

3. What is the KL Headline Season Concert Contest?

The KL Headline Season Concert Contest is a special collaboration between Live Nation and CelcomDigi where eligible customers stand a chance to win two (2) Live Nation concert tickets to concerts happening under the KL Headline Season calendar.

 

4. When is the contest period?

The contest runs from 13 July 2026 (12:00 a.m.) until 26 July 2026 (11:59 p.m.). All eligible plan sign-ups, upgrades or add-on subscriptions must be successfully completed within this period to qualify.

 

5. How do I become an eligible participant to join the contest?

 

Step 1: How to Join the Contest

Sign up or upgrade your CelcomDigi plan at any CelcomDigi Store, website, or app. 

All eligible participants must successfully complete any one of the following eligible plans and transactions:

Existing customers:

Upgrade to Power+ 65 pass.

 

* If you’re an existing subscriber of the Prepaid 5G Power+ 65 pass, upgrade to a CelcomDigi One plan or a CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 100 plan and above* and subscribe to either one of the following:

  • Sign up for a new device contract (Easy360 or Pakej MegaJimat); or
  • Subscribe to any Mega Add-Ons (Entertainment, Security, or Roaming).
  • Visit any authorised dealers nationwide to upgrade.
  • Subscribe via our website.
  • Go to the CelcomDigi app, tap Internet Add-Ons > Monthly > Power+ 65. 

 

CelcomDigi Postpaid

 

New customers:

Sign up or upgrade to CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 100 plan and above*, and subscribe to either one of the following: 

  • Sign up for a new device contract (Easy360 or Pakej MegaJimat); or
  • Subscribe to any Mega Add-Ons (Entertainment, Security, or Roaming).

 

Existing customers:

For existing CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 100 plan and above* customers, complete one of the following to qualify:

  • Sign up for a new device contract (Easy360 or Pakej MegaJimat); or 
  • Subscribe to a new Mega Add-Ons (Entertainment, Security, or Roaming).

 

* If you are an existing subscriber of the CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 100 plan and above*, and currently have an active device contract (Easy360 or Pakej MegaJimat), or an active Mega Add-Ons contract, upgrade to a CelcomDigi One plan to be eligible.

  • Visit any CelcomDigi Store to upgrade and subscribe.
  • Upgrade your CelcomDigi Postpaid plan via our website.
  • Sign up for a device contract (Easy360 or Pakej MegaJimat) via our website.
  • Subscribe to any Mega Add-Ons via our website. Alternatively, you may also subscribe via the CelcomDigi app by going to Shop > Mega Add-Ons > Select your preferred add-on.

CelcomDigi One

 

New customers:

Sign up or upgrade to CelcomDigi One Ultra or One Pro plan to be eligible.

 

Existing customers:

For existing CelcomDigi One Ultra or One Pro plan subscribers, complete one of the following to qualify:

  • Subscribe to any StreamMORE Add-Ons (Asian Bundle, Asian & Sports Bundle, Sports Bundle, Family Bundle, Viu, iQIYI, VISION+, Disney+, Prime Video or sooka); or
  • Sign up for a new device contract (Easy360 or Pakej MegaJimat); or
  • Subscribe to a new Mega Add-Ons (Entertainment, Security, or Roaming).

 

Already subscribed to a StreamMORE Add-On? Simply subscribe to an additional StreamMORE Add-On to become an eligible participant to join the contest.

  • Visit any CelcomDigi Store to upgrade.
  • Subscribe to any StreamMORE Add-Ons via the CelcomDigi app. Upon logging into the app, tap Lifestyle > Entertainment and select the entertainment add-on of your choice.
  • Sign up for a device contract (Easy360 or Pakej MegaJimat) via our website.
  • Subscribe to any Mega Add-Ons via our website. Alternatively, you may also subscribe via the CelcomDigi app by going to Shop > Mega Add-Ons > Select your preferred add-on.

 

CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 100 plan and above refers to either one of the following: Postpaid 5G 100, Postpaid 5G 120, Postpaid 5G 140, Postpaid 5G 160, Postpaid 5G 190, CelcomDigi One Ultra or One Pro plan.

 

Step 2: Submit your Contest Entry

After completing an eligible transaction, submit your contest entry via the celcomdigi.com/livenationmy website to join the contest.

  • Important: Ensure the mobile number submitted in the entry form is the same mobile number used to successfully complete any one of the eligible plans and transactions in Step 1.
  • Be sure to submit your contest entry between 13 July (12:00 a.m.) to 26 July 2026 (11:59 p.m.) in order to qualify for the contest.

 

6. How will I know if I am eligible?

Eligible participants who successfully completed any one of the eligible transactions and submitted their contest entry will receive a WhatsApp message from CelcomDigi on 31 July 2026.

 

7. What should I do after receiving the WhatsApp message?

Select the correct answer to the question in the WhatsApp message for a chance to qualify for the contest.


8. How are winners selected?

Shortlisted winners will be selected based on:

  • Successful completion of an eligible transaction during the contest period and submission of contest entry at the celcomdigi.com/livenationmy website.
  • Selecting the correct answer to the question in the WhatsApp message, based on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to ticket availability.

 

9. I am an existing subscriber of Postpaid 5G RM100/month plan and above* and am already subscribed to one of the Mega Add-Ons (e.g. Entertainment). Can I subscribe to another Mega Add-On (e.g. Roaming) to be considered an eligible participant to join the contest?

No. Existing subscribers of the Postpaid 5G RM100/month plan and above* with any one existing Mega Add-Ons subscription (Entertainment, Security, or Roaming) will not be considered an eligible participant to join the contest.

 

You may upgrade to a CelcomDigi One Ultra or One Pro plan to be considered an eligible participant to join the contest.


10. I am an existing subscriber of Postpaid 5G RM100/month plan and above* and am already subscribed to one of the device contracts (e.g. Easy360). Can I sign up for another device contract (e.g. Pakej MegaJimat) to be considered an eligible participant to join the contest?

No. Existing subscribers of the Postpaid 5G RM100/month plan and above* with an existing device contract (Easy360 or Pakej MegaJimat) will not be considered an eligible participant to join the contest.

 

You may upgrade to a CelcomDigi One Ultra or One Pro plan to be considered an eligible participant to join the contest.


11. I am an existing subscriber of Postpaid 5G RM100/month plan and above* and am already subscribed to a device contract (Easy360 or Pakej MegaJimat). Can I subscribe to any Mega Add-Ons (Entertainment, Security, or Roaming) to be considered an eligible participant to join the contest? Or vice versa?

No. Existing subscribers of the Postpaid 5G RM100/month plan and above* with either:

  • An existing device contract (Easy360 or Pakej MegaJimat); or
  • An existing Mega Add-Ons contract (Entertainment, Security, or Roaming) will not be considered an eligible participant to join the contest.

 

You may upgrade to a CelcomDigi One Ultra or One Pro plan to be considered an eligible participant to join the contest.

 

12. I am an existing subscriber of CelcomDigi One Ultra or One Pro plan and am already subscribed to one of the StreamMORE Add-Ons (e.g. Viu). Am I automatically eligible to join this contest? 

If you already have an existing StreamMORE add-on, you will need to subscribe to an additional StreamMORE add-on to be considered an eligible participant to join the contest.


13. I have recently switched to CelcomDigi and completed one of the eligible plans and transactions. Will I become an eligible participant to join the contest?

You will only be considered an eligible participant to join the contest if your port-in to CelcomDigi has been successfully completed, and you have completed either one of the eligible transactions and submitted your c by 26 July 2026 (11:59 p.m.). If your port-in to CelcomDigi is unsuccessful or incomplete by the end of the contest period (26 July 2026, 11:59 p.m.), you will not be considered an eligible participant to join the contest.

 

14. What if I accidentally selected the wrong answer on the WhatsApp message?

Unfortunately, once you have submitted your answer, you will not be able to amend or change your response. Please ensure that you select the correct answer before submitting.

 

15. When will I know if I have been selected as a contest winner?

If you are selected as a contest winner, you will receive a phone call from 010-2011423 (official CelcomDigi representative) on 3 August 2026. Three (3) phone call attempts will be made. If the shortlisted winner does not answer upon the third call attempt, the two (2) Live Nation concert tickets will be forfeited.

 

16. How do I redeem my concert tickets?

All winners are required to visit a selected CelcomDigi Store in Klang Valley to verify their details and to redeem their tickets. The ticket collection date, time and venue details will be shared via WhatsApp.

 

17. Can I collect the two (2) Live Nation concert tickets on behalf of the contest winner?

Each contest winner is required to personally collect the two (2) Live Nation concert tickets at the selected CelcomDigi Store and present their WhatsApp confirmation message and their CelcomDigi app for verification and ticket redemption purposes. Concert tickets are non-transferable.


18. Can I transfer or exchange the concert tickets?

No. Concert tickets are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
