1. What is sooka?
sooka is a streaming platform that provides live sports, on-demand entertainment, local & Asian content, including premium live events. Content types often include:
- Live sports (e.g., football qualifiers, Premier League, badminton etc.).
- On-demand shows, local and curated entertainment.
2. What is Mega Add-Ons sooka?
It’s a contract-based subscription to sooka offered at a lower monthly rate when you commit to a fixed period of 12 months. In addition to full access to sooka content, each subscription also includes a bonus monthly quota of 5GB. For latest pricing details, visit the CelcomDigi website here.
3. Where can I get sooka app?
You can download the sooka app through:

9. How do I subscribe to Mega Add-Ons sooka?
Subscription can be performed via CelcomDigi app.

10. Will there be any notification upon successful purchase of pass?
Yes, you will receive an SMS upon successful subscription and a separate SMS on log in detail for sooka access. If you did not receive the SMS, you may still attempt to login to sooka application.
Important: To activate your sooka account, you must go to My Subscription > sooka > Activate. Please ensure you’ve downloaded the CelcomDigi app and registered your account before subscribing. If you need help, please reach out to us anytime via WhatsApp.
11. I did not receive the OTP on my mobile phone to activate sooka. What should I do?
Kindly ensure that your mobile number is the same CelcomDigi mobile number used during subscription. The OTP will only be sent to that same CelcomDigi mobile number. For further assistance, please reach out to us via WhatsApp.
12. How do I activate my sooka account once I have completed my purchase?
After successful purchase of the Mega Add-Ons sooka,
- Go to My Subscription under Lifestyle in the CelcomDigi app.
- Click on the sooka card and you will see the Activation button at the bottom.
- Click the Activation button and follow the on-screen steps to activate your sooka account.
- Once activation is complete, you will have access to sooka content.
If activation is not successful, please contact sooka Customer Service for assistance.
13. I subscribed to Mega Add-Ons sooka. How long is my subscription valid for?
The subscription will be renewed on monthly basis for 12 consecutive months, unless terminated earlier by user.
14. Can I cancel my Mega Add-Ons sooka subscription at any time?
Yes, but you’ll need to visit our CelcomDigi Stores to cancel. However, if you cancel before the 12-month contract ends:
- No pro-rated refund will be provided
- Your quota will stop immediately & you will no longer have access to it for the rest of the billing cycle
- Your sooka access will be terminated immediately
An early termination fee will apply, calculated as:
- An early termination fee shall apply in the event of contract termination before expiry.
- The fee shall be calculated as Recommended Retail Price (RRP) as featured in the Product Disclosure Sheet.
15. I am already a sooka subscriber. Can I activate the CelcomDigi sooka bundle using the same account?
If you are an existing sooka subscriber with an active paid subscription, you must cancel your current sooka subscription first. Make sure the subscription on sooka is ended before clicking the CelcomDigi bundle activation link.
Subscription will fail if your sooka account already has an active subscription.
16. I am an existing sooka subscriber and have already clicked the activation link, but the activation failed. What should I do?
If the activation link has already been clicked and activation fails due to an existing sooka subscription:
- You must contact sooka Customer Service to request an account reset.
- After the reset is completed, you will need to activate again using the bundle activation link.
There is currently no self-serve recovery once the activation link is consumed.
17. Can I use a different email address to activate the sooka subscription?
Yes. If your existing sooka subscription is tied to a specific email address, you may:
- Cancel your existing sooka subscription first, or
- Activate using a different email address that is not tied to an active sooka subscription.
18. Can I subscribe to the sooka bundles multiple times on the same day?
No, you can only have one active sooka subscription at a time. To subscribe to StreamMORE sooka Add-Ons, you must first terminate your existing Mega Add-Ons sooka subscription. If your subscription is still within the contract period, early termination fees will apply.
19. Can I use my sooka subscription on other devices?
Yes, you can login on other compatible devices via the CelcomDigi mobile number used during subscription.
20. Can I use the bonus quota that comes with Mega Add-Ons Prime Video while roaming?
No. The quota is applicable for domestic use only (within Malaysia).
21. What happens if I terminate my postpaid line?
If you terminate your postpaid line, you will no longer be able to access sooka with immediate effect. There will be no pro-ration of charges, with full charges imposed. An early termination fee will also apply based on the remaining contract period.
22. My postpaid line is barred/suspended. What will happen to Mega Add-Ons sooka subscription?
You will not be able to access/utilize your Mega Add-Ons sooka benefits with immediate effect and penalty charges will apply.
23. Can I transfer my Mega Add-Ons sooka benefit from one mobile number to another mobile number?
No. The access/benefit is not transferable to another mobile number.
24. I own multiple CelcomDigi mobile numbers. Can I update my sooka login to a different number?
No, the access is not transferable to other mobile numbers. Customers may only login to sooka via the CelcomDigi mobile number used during subscription.
If you have a different CelcomDigi mobile number, you will need to subscribe to StreamMORE sooka Add-Ons using the new mobile number via the CelcomDigi app.
25. I am not a CelcomDigi customer. Can I transfer my existing sooka subscription to the Mega Add-Ons sooka subscription?
To enjoy Mega Add-Ons sooka, you may port-in to a CelcomDigi Postpaid plan and cancel your existing subscription to avoid being charged twice. Once completed, you may subscribe and activate your Mega Add-Ons sooka subscription according to the steps above.
26. I have initiated sooka account deletion. Can I revert the account deletion?
Please contact sooka Customer Service directly for assistance on account deletion status and recovery options.
27. I have further enquiry or issue with my Mega Add-Ons sooka subscription. Where can I get help?

28. What are the terms of my access to sooka?
By subscribing to sooka, in each case irrespective of whether you log in or complete the registration process for sooka, the customer (you) further agrees and confirm that he/ she has (you have) read, understood, accepted and agreed to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
